第一天：打开口腔肌肉，重复一百遍！
接待来宾对话（一）
1、询问访客身份：May I have your name, please?请问您贵姓？
2、如果碰到了老朋友可以说：What brings you here? 是什么风把你吹来了？
3、询问是否预约，来访目的？Do you have an appointment？约好了吗？
4、给客人倒茶，礼貌待客：Would you like coffee or tea? How do you like your coffee?你要咖啡还是茶？要什么样的咖啡？(是否加奶或糖)
5、一定要为自己争取机会：I'll take just a few minutes of his time.我只要占用他几分钟的时间。
6、He may want to get in touch with you in the future. Would you leave your card? 他想以后再和你联系。请留下你的名片好吗？
第二天：脱口而出一篇文章，随时随地去演讲。
So I guess both Susan Boyle and this vegetable vendor in Shanghai belonged to otherness. They were the least expected to be successful in the business called entertainment, yet their courage and talent brought them through. And a show and a platform gave them the stage to realize their dreams. Well, being different is not that difficult. We are all different from different perspectives. But I think being different is good, because you present a different point of view. You may have the chance to make a difference.
　　我想苏珊大妈还有那位上海的卖菜大婶都有她们的独特之处.大家通常会觉得她们无法在娱乐圈这个行业里闯出天下,但是才能和勇气让她们得到了肯定.一场秀和一个平台让她们有了一个可以圆梦的舞台.其实要与众不同不是什么难事.我们都有独特之处从不同的角度来看.但我觉得与众不同其实很好,因为你有不同的想法.你也许可以在某一方面有影响.
第三天：模拟场景，找到说英语的感觉，热爱丢脸，不断得瑟。
接待来宾对话（二）：
1、带客人去见经理：Mr. Chen is expecting you. I'll tell him that you're here.陈先生正在等你。我去告诉他你已到。
2、Would you come this way, please?请随我这边来。
3、婉言拒绝客人来访：Mr. Chen is occupied at the moment and wants to know if your business is urgent.陈先生正忙着，请问您的事情很紧急吗？
4、Would you give me your business card?请给我您的名片好吗？
5、让客人稍候片刻：Would you please have a seat and wait for a few moments.请您坐下稍等片刻。
6、Can I ask what you wish to see him about?我能问一下您要见他有何事吗？
第四天： TED演讲的主旨Ideas worth spreading.-----连接一切“有志改变世界的人
So I know at TED you're supposed to have a change-the-world kind of thing. Everybody has a change-the-world thing. If there is one for me, this is it. To help this happen. So I hope you'll join me on my quest -- you as thought leaders. It would be really great if you didn't let people divide the world into the creatives and the non-creatives, like it's some God-given thing, and to have people realize that they're naturally creative. And those natural people should let their ideas fly. 我知道在TED应该有种改变世界的精神 每个人都有这种改变世界的精神 对于我来说，就是让这一切发生 我希望诸位能加入我的探索 作为思想的领袖 这是一件伟大的事：不让人们把世界上的人 分成有创意和没创意两种，好像创造力是上天恩赐似的 而是让人们意识到他们天生是有创造力的 而且人们应该为自己的创意插上现实的翅膀. 第五天：把电影台词模仿的惟妙惟肖，不断展示，找到读英语的感觉！
