I’ll never forget one summer day in 1975. On that day my 36 suddenly died because of an unexplained illness at the age of 36. “This Friday we’ll have the yearly Egg Drop Challenge(挑战),” said our science teacher, Mr. Baker.
“You can work alone or with a partner.” My friend, Cassie, and I smiled at each other. We always worked on projects(设计) 36 .

It was 1838, and one of the worst storms in history was roaring (呼啸)along the coast of
England. The lighthouse keeper looked out at a ship. “ 36 will be gone in a few more minutes,” he said sadly.
