投诉信：I am writing to complain about the poor service/ quality of a product two weeks ago.
I am writing to complain about the quality of the food i purchased this morning.
感谢信：I am writing to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks (to you for……).（我写信的原因是像您祝以由衷的感谢）
道歉信：I am writing to express my deep regret and heartfelt apology for……
祝贺信：I am writing to congratulate on your promotion to be president of the school.
三、第二段
第二段是由题目文字中可以找到的，把you 变成 I。
求职信：
第一句：I read today’s beijing youth（北京青年报）, pleased to discover that your company is looking for a typist. I wonder if I could have a pleasant talk with you我想知道能否与您进行一次愉快的谈话, for all the requirements in your advertisment tend to apply for my present situation因为广告上的要求和我的现状很相符。
第二句：写三句平行的简单句：First, my typing speed is fast. Second, I can speak English and Chinese fluently. Third, I am warmhearted and hardworking.
第三句：Under these conditions, I firmly believe that I can contribute to the prospertiy of your company.
四、第三段
I would appreciate your assitance in this matter.感谢您的帮助
