4.1 Finance Investment and Funds Flow(Created in Win Forecast)
The financial investments are mainly contain Machine and Cash Register, the total financial investment is 2,572,000RMB. At the beginning of year the cash flow is 597,291RMB, but at the end of year the total cash flow is 4,983,270RMB (Appendix 2)

4.2.1 Budgeted Income Statement
The budgeted income statement shows that the company does start with net profit in the first month of 199,097RMB and this goes up to 2,389,164RMB in December 2011, The forecast shows net profits of 199,097RMB in the beginning of the year and closing in December with 2,389,164RMB. In 2012 the total net profi of the year is forecasted to be 2,389,164RMB, and in 2013 the total net profi of the year is forecasted to be 2,389,164 RMB. (Appendix 3)
4.2.2 Budgeted cash Flow Statement
The budgeted net cash flow for 2011. shows that the company does start with net cash flow in the first month of 1,107,097RMB and this goes up to 237,958RMB in December 2011. In 2012 the bdgeted net cash flow is forecasted to be 951,831RMB, and in 2013 it is forecasted ti be 4,983,270RMB. (Appendix 4)
4.2.3 Budgeted Balance Sheet
The budgeted balance sheet shows for January 2011 total net assets of 209,097 and the year ends with total net assets of 2,509,164. For 2012 the forecasted balance sheet shows total net assets of 22,509,164 in the beginning of the year and this goes up to 5,018,328 in December the same year. In 2013 thetotal net assets at year end are forecasted to be 7,527,492 . (Appendix 5)

5. Conclusion
The flower market of Beijing has both opportunities and challenges, it has not only advantages but also disadvantages, we should collect market information timely, understand the situation, then make our company unique and novelty. So that our company can attract a variety of consumer groups of different levels. Meanwhile, the development of flower shop in Beijing is very good, Beijing has advantages as the capital of China, it also has consumer advantages, urbanization advantages, cultural superiority and so on. Its competitiveness is very strong. And Beijing still has many other advantages from some activities hold in Beijing, such as urban greening, the World Flower Expo, both of them can promote the development of the flower market. Therefore, the development of the flower market in Beijing is still very optimistic. Our company in Beijing will have a very good development, we will bring Beijing a beautiful environment and dress up a beautiful city for Beijing citizen.
