II. Material analysis:This part is about help.It tells a story about escaping from Hui Tailang.The main vocabularies are:big,small, short,long.The key structures are:I’m .I have .I can help you.Students should know how to use the main sentence patterns in their daily life.I can extend the teaching context to love our earth.
III. Analysis of students:Students in Grade 4 have mastered some words and easy sentences,so they can read some short dialogs.They are also likely to express their ideas in these sentences.They desire to learn new knowledge.The teacher should cultivate their interest further and enhance their ability of listening and speaking.
IV. Teaching Objectives:

a. To help students to listen,read and master the four-skilled words and understand the meaning of words in the lesson.
