My mother and my sister
There are some distinct differences in many ways between my mother and my sister. First of all, from the appearance, my mother looks a little fat, for she always has a good appetite for each meals; while my sister is slim and eats less than my mom eats. Besides, my mother often wears outmoded clothes, of which most are marked with times, because my mother is quite a thrift woman ,she never buys the thing that is not so necessary like cosmetics. Nevertheless, my sister seems not to be like that, she likes shopping, naturally, she often wears fashioned clothes. What's more, she makes up everyday and she has bought a series of skin care products. As for skills, my mother is a fairly skillful tailor, and she has been sewing varies of clothes for more than 20 years. However, my sister's major is English in college, and now she works in a foreign trade company as a salesman .Apparently, my mother is a industrious housewife. And my sister is a fashionable girl.

There are also some obvious similarities between them. First, my mother and my sister have the same height---1.58cm,which is not a suitable for a woman ,but anyway ,they often wear high heels to make them look more beautiful and confident. Second ,they both love clean and tidy. There will be no dirt in our home whenever one of them stay at home, and bond together to scold me if i made any mess in home. third, what confuses me is that they are both fond of cooking and good at it. but my sister just lays particular emphasis on the western food while my mom pays special attention to the traditional Chinese food. whatever, we all like eating it, in the last ,they like exercising, such as running ,playing table tennis ,yoga, etc. To conclude ,that is the reason why my sister calls my mother mom.
