1. bright
[指点迷津]bright是形容词，意为“明亮的；聪明的”，作“聪明的”讲时，与clever同义；a bright/clever boy一位聪明的小男孩。
Our classroom is very bright. 我们的教室非常明亮。

2. building
[指点迷津]building是名词，意为“建筑物，房子，楼房”，其动词形式为build，意为“建造，建筑”。a tall building一幢高楼；teaching building教学楼

3. also
[指点迷津]also作“也”讲时是副词，较为正式。通常用于肯定句中，靠近谓语动词。一般位于be动词后行为动词前。
He also plays football. 他也踢足球。
I was also there. 我也在那儿。
[辨析]too作“也”讲时，多用于口语，通常位于句末，前面用逗号隔开；也可以作为插入语用于句中，前后都要用逗号隔开，用于肯定句中。
He is a worker, too.
The two cows, too, are white. 那两头奶牛也全都是白的。
◆either作“也”讲时，用于否定句中，常位于句末。在肯定句变否定句时，其中的also，too都要改为either。
Millie doesn’t walk to school, Sandy doesn’t, either.
米莉不是步行上学，桑迪也不步行上学。

◆in front of与in the front of的区别
in front of在……前面，强调在某一地方或建筑物外面的前面。in the front of在……前部，强调在某一空间范围内的前部。
