会议室使用须知

为了更有效的使用公司的会议室，请遵守以下规定：
inordertomakeefficientutilizationontheconferencerooms，pleaseknowbelowguidelines：
1、所有会议室（除培训室外）由前台文员统一安排，包括预订、钥匙领取登记等。

2、在使用会议室期间，借用人或使用人应保管好钥匙，离开或外出时请将会议室的门锁好、熄灯关空调。

3、为防止公司的资料外泄，使用人在用完会议室后，应及时清理里面的样板、资料、白板上的字迹等，否则清洁工在早上打扫会议室时将其清走。

4、不得随意使用未经预订的会议室。

5、每次使用会议室的时间最长不得超过1周；如需续用需提前通知前台文员；不得私自转让钥匙给其他同事。

6、有些会议室里配备有移动白板、投影仪等，如需借用请务必通知前台文员，请勿擅自取用。

7、凡遗失钥匙、或损坏会议室门锁的，请告知前台文员，并自行赔偿10元/钥匙或100元/锁；不得私藏或私自配会议室的钥匙，否则按员工违纪处理。
