钢板表面盐分测试所需的检测仪器

抽取15ml的水（导电率约为0μs/cm）

将15ml的水注入导电率测试计的盖子里
Will 15ml of the water in fuse machine lid

将测试套贴在经过喷砂处理及清洁的钢板上
The patch stick on the panel of the clean

贴两块测试套
Test patch stick every panel

将测试套内的空气尽可能抽干
Will test patch in the air take out

从盖子里抽出3ml的水
Sampling 3ml of the water

将3ml水注入测试套里并轻轻地拍打约15－20秒后抽出水再注入，如此重复三次
Will 3ml water infuse test patch flap 15~20second so repeat thrice

尽可能彻底抽出测试套内的水
Draw out all water in the teat patch

抽出的水约3ml
Draw out water about 3ml

将抽出的水注入刚才还盛有12ml水的盖子里并搅拌
Will draw out water in fuse remnant 12 ml water of the lid

用导电率测试计测出水的导电率
Test conductivity
检测结果：两次检测均为10μs/cm
Tow test patch result: 10μs/cm
