板书并出示意思Can you /×××…?

提问完后,即时向全班学生提问,引导学生第三人称回答。

出示课题,全班读课题。

让学生在阅读的时候可以试着做好记号,例如划线,画圈等。
图1:Can Wang Bing play basketball? Yes, he can.
图2:Can Mike play basketball very well? Yes, he can.
Tips: well 好
造句 I can …very well.
图3:Liu Tao can’t play basketball at last.(True or false.)
重点在于at last,让学生在这个题目中学习have a try的同时从Liu Tao这个人物的身上学到自信并且勇于尝试的精神,从而传递人生态度的正能量。
3.Read Story time
(1)注意语音语调,播放动画,学生看词跟读
例如:让学生注意一般疑问句与特殊疑问句的读法。
个别单词在不同的句子中的读法:basketball出现了三种语调
的读法。
T:Let’s read after the tape.
T:Let’s read it together.
(2)学生自读
选择自己喜欢的方式读书:自己读,和伙伴分角色朗读,齐读
(3)角色扮演
(选择在Free talk这一环节教授本课部分单词和复习Can…?句型,因为单词和句型都是之前学过的,对于学生来说这些内容平时一直在反复使用,所以在教授story time之前花很少的时间就可以达到预期的教学效果,这不仅对于学生来说词句相结合的学习,更能在不知不觉中减轻story time的学习负担)
利用光盘,学生进行角色扮演。

(通过这个环节起到巩固本课重难点的目标要求,同时也帮助学生对本课的重点进行总结,让学生把课文中的句型能用到实际生活中来,培养学生的听说读写的英语语言综合运用能力)

4.理解个别句子意思

讲解too与either的区别:
either和too都可以当"也"讲,前者用在否定句中,后者用在肯定句中.
Helen likes fruit. I like fruit, too. 海伦喜欢水果,我也是。
Helen doesn't like fruit. I don't like fruit, either.
海伦不喜欢水果,我也不喜欢。

注意提醒学生练习题中“第三条线”的书写方法,要求学生书写工整,提高作业的正确率。
