（一）词汇拓展
1. visit (v.)(n.)参观 拜访
(v.) visit sb 拜访某人
visit someplace 参观某地
（n.）pay a visit to=visit
eg. We visited our friends in town. 我们去看望了城里的朋友。
I am visiting the museum now. 我正在参观博物馆。
You should pay a visit to him. 你应该去探望他一下。
2. Sunday星期日。在英语中，把它当成一个星期的第一天。
表示在星期几用on Saturday/Sunday
星期一至星期日：Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
3. west (n.)西方
(adj)西方的，向西的
(adv)向西面
表示在某个方向介词应用in
eg. Shanxi Province is in the west of China.
4. plan(n.) make plans制定计划
(v.) plan to do 计划做某事

forget doing 忘记做过某事 forget to do 忘记去做某事
eg. I forget hearing her song. 我忘了听过她的歌了。

（二）重点短语
1. What’s up? 怎么了，有什么事吗？ 一般用于口语中
2. be free 有空
eg. Are you free now?

3. have to 动词短语，必须，不得不的意思，一般指说话者主观上的感觉。
must 情态动词，必须的意思，一般指客观环境要求说话者必须做。
4. go swimming 去游泳
go + doing表示去做某事
eg. go scuba diving 去潜水
5. do shopping 去购物
do + doing表示做……
eg. I want to do some washing.

（一）词汇拓展（Words）
1. ask (v) 询问、请求、要求、邀请
ask sb to do 让某人做某事
ask sb not to do 让某人不要做某事
ask for 要、请求
ask sb to… 请某人到……
eg. Lily ask me to her birthday party. Lily请我参加她的生日聚会。
ask for help 请求帮忙
ask a question 问问题

2. message(n.)口信，消息，短信
have a message for sb 有某人的一个口信
give sb a message 给某人一个口信
take a message for sb 给某人捎个口信
leave a message for sb 给某人留个口信
a message from A to B A给B的口信
eg. ①That's the message from John to you. 那是约翰托人带来的口信。
②Can I take a message for John? 我可以给约翰捎个信吗？
③Would you mind giving him a message?请你带个口信给他好吗？
④We left a message for him to meet us at the library.
我们给他留个口信，叫他在图书馆与我们见面。
3. must 必须，应当＝have to，用于命令别人做事。
一定，肯定，用于推测某种情况
must是一个情态动词，其后直接加动词。
eg. We must obey orders. 我们必须服从命令。
You must be tired after your long journey. 你走了这么远的路，一定很累。
You mustn’t play in the street. 你千万不要在街上玩。
4. speak及其近意词
speak常常用来指人们对语言的掌握或使用,不强调说的内容。
eg. He can speak English. 他能说英语。
I want to speak to you. 我想和你讲话。
He will speak at the meeting. 他将在会上发言。
say及物动词，常指说话的内容,对某人说为say to sb。
eg. He said to me “It’s a pity!” 他对我说：“真遗憾！”
talk不及物动词,指连续地说话或与人交谈，作名词为“讲话，演讲，报告”
talk about sth
talk to/with sb
eg.I'm talking to a friend . 我正与朋友谈话。
tell的意思是“告诉，讲述，吩咐”
tell a story 讲故事
tell sb to do sth 让某人做某事
tell sb sth告诉某人某事
eg. My mother told me a story.
My mother told me to work hard.

1. Beg your pardon?= Pardon?　对不起，请原谅的意思。用于没听清楚，请别人重复一遍。
　 Excuse me　对不起，打扰一下。用于打断别人做事的情况下。

2. have the wrong number=dial the wrong number 拨错电话号码了
eg. A: Hello，May I speak to Amy? 您好，我请Amy接下电话。

A: Sorry, I have the wrong number. 真抱歉，我打错电话了。
3.give sb a call=call sb给某人打电话
eg. Please call me when you are free. 有空的时候请给我打电话。
Please give me a call when you are free.
