Save Food and Eat Healthily
Our government has called on the people to save food and eat healthily so that we can enjoy our happy life. We middle school students should do something for it.
To save food, we shouldn’t waste any of our food. We should eat up all the food. We shouldn’t order the food more than we can eat while dining out. Because many people in the world don’t have enough to eat.
To eat healthily, we shouldn’t eat junk food but healthy food. It’s good for our health to eat a balanced diet. We’d better not eat in small restaurants. Because the food and the oil they use are not clean or healthy enough. We’d better eat at school or at home if we have time. Let’s work together from now on!

Shopping Online
Today, people are busy with their work and study and have little time to go shopping. So shopping online has become an important part in their lives. It is convenient and we can save much time. Besides, with all the traffic problems in cities, going shopping is not an easy thing. Just sit at a computer, click and choose, you can find all kinds of different things online. You can also compare with the prices. So you can buy something you like but not expensive.

Shopping Online
Shopping online is becoming more and more popular. I think it has both advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, it’s cheaper and convenient to buy things online than in real shops. And it can also save lots of time because you needn't spend time hanging around from this shop to that. On the other hand, it also has lots of problems, like the quality of the products you buy, the safety of paying and getting the products.

How should We Treat Foreign Festivals
Nowadays, more and more foreign festivals are coming into China, such as Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day and April Fool’s Day.
Some of them are arousing increasing attention yearly in China. So some people are worried whether these foreign festivals will replace the Chinese traditional festivals.
In my opinion, we should celebrate some meaningful foreign festivals because these festivals help us Chinese to know more about the culture of different countries.
I think we should love our own traditional festivals and never give them up. At the same time, why not try to introduce them to foreign countries?

How to Keep Safe in School
Do you know that our school life could be dangerous if we are not careful enough? For example, one day, two students ran after each other in the hallway. Suddenly, one of them fell down and hurt his leg because of the wet floor. So, he had to stay in hospital for two weeks.
So I think students should always walk but not run in the hallways. And the teachers had better keep an eye on the students after class and stop them from running.
At last, I hope all the students should pay attention to their safety in school.
