       通过课件出示爸爸去哪的画面，问学生：we will go to the USA together .but we must finish the task first! We need  a pilot to fly the plane Please find the pilot.
出示一张渔民的图片
1) T : What does he do ?
板书 ： fish-er-man   -------- fisherman
2) T : Where does he work ?
S : He works at sea .
3.出示图片：
T : Is he a fisherman ?
Ss : No , he isn’t . What does he do ?
T : He is a scientist .
板书并重复单词scientist .
T : Do you want to be a scientist ?
S : Yes , I do . / No , I don’t .
T : Where does the scientist work ?
He works at a university .
4.同样的方法学习单词 coach
What does he do ?
He is a coach .
5.出示图片飞行员，问：Is she a pilot?
S:Yes,she is .
T: Where does the pilot work ?
S：She works in the sky.
6.Practice巩固练习
（1）播放Let’s learn部分的录音让学生认读单词和对话。
（2）教师示范书写，提醒学生根据发音记单词。
（3）分角色朗读对话。
7.Write and discuss :
（1) 教师在单词卡下面贴上表示职业地点的卡片，如：university ,plane , gym , sea.教师问:
Where does he / she work ?
引导学生正确回答： He / She works in / at ……
（2）引导学生说出更多的职业，弄清楚这些职业的工作地点。
（3）学生独立完成Write and discuss部分的填空练习。
8.小组活动：
让学生自由替换职业名称进行对话。分组讨论更多的职业，以及这些职业的工作场所，并做好记录，最后小组派代表汇报讨论成果，各组相互补充。
