Ⅰ.Pre-task preparation
1. Greetings:
T: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you?
2. Sing a song .‘If you ‘re happy…’
1. S:Good morning, teachers.
I’m fine,thank you .
2. The students sing a song together.
利用歌曲,调动学生的积极性,渲染课堂气氛。
Ⅱ.While-task procedure
1. Look and learn
T:How do you feel?
(show the picture of ‘happy’)
T:H-A-P-P-Y, happy.
T:(show the picture of Sam)
(show the sentences:I’m Sam.I have a new book.And I can swim. I ’m happy.)
T : Is he happy? why?
T:Good.Are you happy?
Why?
(Do the same with the word:sad, hungry, full, afraid, thirsty, angry)
2. Listen and say
T:(Play the tape of the text.)
Who is happy? Why?
Is Kitty happy?
Who is full?
Is Ben thirsty?
1. S:I’m happy.
S:H-A-P-P-Y, happy.
(Read by groups.)
(The students read the sentences together.)
S1:Yes,he is. Because he has a new book, and he can swim.
S1:Yes,I am. Because I have a new ruler.
(Do more examples.)
2. (The students listen to the tape and answer the questions.)
(The students listen to the tape and act the text by groups.)
利用多媒体课件展示图片,让学生直观地了解内容,利用Sam的例子来给学生做示范,让每个学生都有发言的机会。
让学生带着问题听录音,训练学生的听力。
