1．My Favorite Sport（我最喜爱的运动）
My favorite sport is swimming. There are three reasons why I like the sport best.
First, it is good for keeping fit. It benefits the heart, the lungs（肺）and the limbs（四肢）. Thanks to the sport, I lost my weight and I am graceful in form.
Second, it is easy to find a place to swim. In the country, I can swim in lakes and rivers. In the city, there are many swimming pools spotted among the residential areas.
Third, it can be done in any weather. It is very cool swimming in hot summer. In cold weather, swimming is especially refreshing.
Swimming is a very popular sport. I hope you can enjoy it too.

2．How To Keep Healthy（怎样保持健康）
Nowadays, more and more people know the importance of keeping healthy. Without good health, we can do nothing. For me, there are mainly three ways to keep healthy.
First, it is necessary to keep a balanced diet, which is the basis of good health. We should have plenty of fruits and vegetables everyday. Secondly, it is important to do regular exercises, such as swimming, jogging and so on. Last but not least, it is essential to keep in good spirits. Relaxation and entertainment are ways to renew our spirits and release our stress.
When we make healthy habits a part of our everyday life, we are bound to keep healthy.
3. My hometown —Ningbo （我的家乡）
I live in the city of NingBo. It is a clean and nice city. And I like it very much.
NingBo lies in the east of China. As a coast city, it is famous for its sea food and beautiful view of the sea. In these years, the city develops very fast, especially its foreign trades. What’s more, there are a lot of culture resorts in and around the city. If you live in Ningbo, you will also find that the people are also very kind and friendly.
I love the city and I believe it will become better and better.
4．Planting Trees（植树）
　It was fine on March 12，2012 . I got up early that day. All the students in our school went to the hill to plant trees.
　We arrived at the hill at eight o'clock. The teacher asked each of us to plant at least six trees. Then we started digging，planting and watering . We all worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of time. Among us，Wang Lin，our monitor set a good example for us. Though he was ill, he worked harder. When he finished his task, he went on to help others without even a little rest. He was wet all over after work. “ I must learn from him.” I said to myself. Looking at the lines of the young trees，we smiled happily，forgetting our tiredness.

5．My winter vacation（我的寒假）
During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.
But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis together .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.
That’s all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.
