China lies in a place where earthquakes happen frequently. There were terrible earthquakes in many places such as Tangshan, Wencuan and Yushu. Before earthquakes, animals are unusual, buildings crack and water pipes burst. During earthquakes, the earth begins to shake. It seems as if it were at an end. Buildings are destroyed, towns and villages are in ruins. The number of people who were killed or got lost is hundreds of thousands. The disaster is great and sufferings are extreme, but all hope is not lost. The Party and government care about people there. Soldiers
are sent the earthquake-hit areas to help rescue those who were buried and trapped. Food money and clothing keep reaching for people who are in trouble. Because of help and rescue from both at home and abroad, everything return to normal quickly.
