【使用说明与方法指导】

【探究案】
I. 过去进行时
1. 概念: 表示过去某个时刻或过去一段时间 的动作。
2. 句子结构: 主语 + + 时间状语
3. 时间状语词: at 5:00 yesterday afternoon, at that time, then 等连用, 或者用另一动作来表示过去的时间。
4. 过去进行时与一般过去时的区别
过去进行时着重描述当时 的动作,它的特点是:暂时,持续和未完成,强调过程;一般过去时表示发生过的 或存在的 ,即表示动作发生过,而且已经结束了,强调结果。
即学活用

阅读短文,用括号中所给单词的正确形式填空。这个语篇虽短,但语境丰富,并且较好地呈现了一般过去时和过去进行时的配合使用。值得背诵与模仿。
II. when, while
1. 由when引导的时间状语从句,主句用过去进行时,从句应用一般过去时;
由while引导的时间状语从句,主句用一般过去时,从句应用过去进行时。
e.g. the teacher came in, we were talking.
当此句改变主从句的位置时,则为: we were talking, the teacher came in.
2. 如果从句和主句的动作同时发生,两句都用过去进行时的时候,多用while引导。e.g.: They were singing we were dancing.
当我们在跳舞时他们在唱歌。

用when或while填空,比较句子转换后when或while的用法
1. 正当我从学校回家时,我看见一个奇怪的光在天空中。但当我给我的朋友指出时,它就消失了。
