1. Review
Using some pictures to go over some words in starter.The teacher use: “What’s this in English? What color is it ? Spell it ,please.” To get the Ss to go over ( clock, ball ,bag ,cap, key ,book, ruler, hello, hi ,name, nice, meet),then do 1a.
2.Leading in.
The teacher greets students:
--Hello. My name is Cao Xiaoya .Nice to meet you .引导学生说，
--Hello. My name is …. Nice to meet you，too.
2. New lesson.
1.The teacher get one student stand up and say to the student: “My name is Cao Xiaoya. What’s your name?”Ask some Ss in this way and get them to answer.(板书-- What’s your name? --My name is Cao Xiaoya.)
2.Read after teacher.
-- What’s your name?
--My name is ….
3.Let some students read one by one
4.Let good student read ,and others read after her/he.

5.Show your dialogues.
6.Listen to the tape , do 1b .
7.Listen again . Check the answers.
