一、学情分析：我所教的班级是八年级下学期的学生有一定的单词积累，对阅读有了一定的基础所以我的设计主要是在提高学生的阅读技能及运用上面。不过到了八下孩子们学习没有七年级那么活跃了，所以在其中我主要运用了任务型的教学方方法，尽量让所有学生都参与到活动中来。式多样的教学手段来激发学生的学习积极性和自信心。
二、教材分析：这是SectionA（3a-3c）阅读部分，暗线是比较级与最高级，明线是大量的有关于Qomolangma的单词及阅读技巧。
三、教学重点难点：比较级与最高级，阅读技巧。学会用文中的重难点谈论Qomolangma。
四，教学方法1、突出重点，突破难点：利用幻灯片展示帮助学生更好地领会各种不同情况的阅读方法。
任务型教学法：倡导体验参与，培养自主学习能力。先创设语境让他们感知，然后在让他们自己体会阅读的技巧，由浅入深，这样他们就会有一种成功感，从而提高学习的兴趣。

1. 熟练掌握本节课单词及短语

浅析良好的师生关系
良好的师生关系是英语老师完成英语教学的重要前提。同时也是学生学好英语的先决条件。
１、有利于教学任务的完成的
教学是一种双边活动，需要老师发挥好在教学中的主导作用和学生的主体作用。在这堂课中老师点拨，学生的思考，实践，合作中探索学习。教学模式这样，不但可使教学事半功倍，而且能使学生终身“享用不尽”，即所谓的“授人鱼，供一餐之用，授人渔，则享用不尽”。要达到教师的最高教学境界━━授人以渔，良好的师生关系是坚实的基础。学生尊重老师，老师放手学生，学生在安全的环境下接受知识，创新知识。
2.有利于提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
英语单词多，语法复杂，而且学生的处在一个好玩，多动，学业繁多的年纪。第二语言的习得是一种艰辛的、必须付出大量体力和脑力的劳动，尽管学习有时是枯燥无味的、紧张的，学生也会全力以赴。当一名学生不喜欢的教师走进教室时，学生们就会无精打彩，他们的情绪仿佛蒙上了一层阴影，而当一位受学生尊敬、在学生中有威信的教师走进教室上课时，学生们顿时情绪饱满、精神振奋。和谐的课堂气氛能营造一种具有感染性的催人积极向上的教学情境，而生动活泼、积极主动的课堂氛围又能激发学生的学习兴趣，并把兴趣培养成为学生学习英语的一种心理需求，学生才能保持住英语学习的积极性，从而积极参与英语实践活动，发挥学习的潜能，培养语言运用能力，真正成为英语学习的主人。我是平时尽量做到上课多些幽默，孩子们就会格外的期待上英语课。 从多年的学校学生的成绩可以看到深受学生喜欢的老师，学生的成绩是格外的优秀，学习英语的热情也是格外高涨。甚至对他们以后更高年级的学习也是影响深远。
3.创造良好课堂氛围
充分利用各种教学资源，以活动为核心组织教学，使学习和活动实现完美的有机结合，为学生提供充分的语言实践机会，鼓励学生积极参与、大胆表达，让学生在实践中学会英语，培养学生的英语交际能力。其中角色表演是学生喜爱的另一语言交际训练形式。其基本方法就是在所学的对话或课文基础上加以润色，让学生分扮各种角色进行表演。此设计中的Do an interview(采访) with the members of the first Chinese team. Including facts, dangers, achievements, spirit.孩子们的出表演让学习的任务达成。老师学教师可根据英语学习的不同阶段及不同的教学要求这些表演可以根据学生的语言水平、想象力、表演能力以及性格来决定分配给学生的角色。另外，教师也可以在课堂设置教学情景，进行模拟对话训练，内容可以是问候，询问（天气、气候、日期、生活起居），打电话等活动。这样不仅帮助学生加深不同的场合采用不同的说话方式，也提高了学生学习英语的积极性，课堂里形成了良好的学习语言的氛围，更能形成良好的师生关系，提高教学质量。
总之，建立良好的师生关系，对激发学生学习英语的兴趣，提高英语的教学效果都有十分重要的作用。
