书面表达能力是听、说、读、写四项语言技能中最难掌握的一项，也是英语学习者必须掌握的一项基本技能。因此培养学生写的能力，即书面表达能力，是英语教学的重要内容之一。英语书面表达在高考试卷中的分值为25分（占卷面的1/6），它在英语测试主观性试题中占主导地位。因此，考生在这一部分能否出色发挥将决定着英语高考的成败。
常言道：“知己知彼，百战不殆”。从书面表达评分标准的第五档（21～25分）不难看出是否“使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇和语句间的连接成分”是书面表达高分的关键所在。考生不仅是利用所学知识能够写出正确的句子，而且要写出漂亮的句子才能得到高分。本文以2015年、2016年全国卷及2016年天津卷为例，结合多年的教学实践，归纳了写作中常见的较复杂结构，希望能对考生有所帮助。

一．感叹句 (增强作者的行文感情)
I’m lucky to take part in the summer camp held by your school this July.
（2016年天津卷）
→How lucky I can take part in the summer camp held by your school this July !

二．倒装句 (增强说服力）
I have never written an application in English before.(2016年新课标卷I）.
→Never have I written an application in English before.

三．强调句（突出语意）
1)The show will be on from June 15 to June 30. (2016年新课标卷II）
→It is from June 15 to June 30 that the show will be on.
2) By the way, if you need any other kind of books, please tell me.(2016年天津卷）
→By the way, if you need any other kind of books, please do tell me.

四．省略句 （达到言简意骇的效果）
If it’s convenient for you, let’s meet at 8:30 outside the school gate. If not , let me
know what time suits you best. (2016年新课标卷III）

五. 复合句 （避免句式结构简单化）
1) You can write anything relevant so long as it’s interesting and informative.
(状语从句；2015年新课标卷I）
2) I remember you showed me some photos on that theme the last time you visited
our school.(状语从句；2016年新课标卷II）
3) We can set out early so that we’ll have more time to read and select books.

七．With短语和非谓语动词作状语（让语言变得有活）

2) So, I’m writing you the letter, hoping you can give me some help.

3) We will also spend some fun time together, singing, dancing and playing

八．同位语（使解释说明一目了然）

九．被动语态（突出动作的承受者）

其实，只要大家认真观察，不难发现任何一篇书面表达题不论是什么话题，以上句型结构都可以派上用场。我相信只要持之以恒，反复操练这些句型结构达到灵活运用，一定能增强书面表达的效果，为你的书面表达“增色添香”。
