Now it’s 8 o’clock. It’s time for class. I have to stand here to give you a lesson. And you have to listen to me carefully. They are both our school rules. What other school rules do you know? Do you have any rules in your house? What are they? What do you think of them?

Writing

Summary

1. Brain-storm.
Sometimes we don’t like rules, but in fact , I think rules can make our lives better. So we can see many rules in public places, such as the dormitory, the dining hall, the library, the museum and so on.
2. Choose one place that you know very well and make rules for it.
3. Communicate in groups.
4. Show in class.
One student writes the rules on the blackboard.
One student reads them to the class.
Others in the group act them out.
