一、教学内容:Unit8 Open Day Part A
二、 教学目标:
1、 能听懂、会说,会读单词a blackboard, , songbooks , a music room ,bright, sometimes, near, lots of.
2、 初步感知理解句型 What's in...?There's a / There are some/lots of ...in/ on/ near...
3、理解课文,并能仿照课文简单介绍自己学校的classroom, music room, library。
4、提高学生热爱学校、爱护公物的意识。
三、教学重点:
1、能听懂、会说,会读单词songbooks, a music room, bright, sometimes, near, lots of.
2、能听懂、会说,会读句型 What's in...?There's a / There are some ...in/ on/ near...
四、教学难点:
能仿照课文简单介绍自己学校的classroom, music room, library等。
五、课前准备:
教具准备 :房间贴图及PPT课件。录音机,课文磁带
六、教学过程:
Step1 Greetings
T:Good morning ,boys and girls,How are you today?
S:Fine,thank you,and you?
T:I’m fine ,too
Step2 新授
一、揭题
1、T:boys and girls,look,so many teachers come to our school today,so this is an open day.(手指黑板标题),带读几遍,再引today is an ….学生说出open day.
2、T: boys and girls,Where are we now?(师问时要配合手势和眼神,因为学生可能听不懂这句话)
S:We’re in the classroom
T:I think this classroom is very big(在此配合手势划一个大圈,让学生说出big),手拿单词卡片Is it bright?Yes or no?(因为bright是一个生词,学生在不能回答的时候教师要适时用Yes or no来追问,否则会冷场)带读bright,逐个读,齐读
T:So our classroom is big and bright.
二、教学There be 句型(学生初次接触there be句型,很容易和It’s..They are..混淆,单独拿出来讲解,可降低课文学习难度)
1、T:boys and girls,,I have a question,(课件播放)What’s in the classroom?(手指黑板)What’s this?
S:It’s a blackboard(因为是生词,学生可能不会说,师应出示单词卡片并带读)
T:What colour is the blackboard?
S:It’s black.
T:课件出示There is a blackboard.(从以前学习的It’s a…转化There is..比较自然)师带读,学生逐个读。读熟后师相机问:What’s in the classroom?学生会很自然回答There is a blackboard
2、T:This time,look,what are these?指着课桌
S:They are desks
T:课件展示There are some desks.同上方法操练,问答
3、T:boys and girls,what else are there in our classroom? I give you one minute to talk about our classroom.(用一和谈论的手势,否则学生听不懂)
T:学生讨论结束,师问boys and girls,what’s in the classroom?
学生应该是能回答的,师提问几个学生后相机问:There are so many students,who can be the teacher?找一个学生上台当老师问,可事先安排好。可让学生给予相应的评价,实现生生互动。
Step3唱一首歌,巩固句型,活跃气氛
T:Boys and girls,I like this classroom,Do you like this classroom?Let’s sing a song <In the classroom>,OK?事先要教会歌曲
Step4课文整体呈现
1、出示本和他朋友的图片T:who is he?Today Ben’s friend comes to ben’s school,Let’s go and have a look,OK?
2、播放课文整体录像T:Boys and girls,I have a guestion,What rooms are there?you can answer yes or no.Let’s watch the VCD again,then answer this question.
3、学生完成房间的选择后,拿出三个空房间的贴图 ,贴在黑板上。
Step5课文分段呈现
1、T:I have three questions.播放课件What’s in the classroom? What’s in the music room? What’s in the library?学生读出问题。
T:Let’s look at NO.1question, What’s in the classroom? Let’s watch the VCD ,then answer this question.播放教室的录像。学生小组讨论这个问题,生汇报
S:There is a blackboard.生上来把贴图贴在教室
S:There are some bookcases贴图
S:There is a TV,
T:师相机做手势,There is a TV,so we can watch TV in class.带读这个句子,we can watch TV in class,but not all the time,sometimes.带读Sometimes we watch TV in class。跟读教室部分的录音。
2、T:Question2, What’s in the music room?(观看音乐室录像,学生讨论)There is a piano.but where is the piano?(出示课件选择题),教学生词near,师指着耳朵问,What’s this? An ear.以此教学near的发音。学生贴图。
T:What are they?教学生词songbook.带读句子There are some songbooks.but where are the songbooks?
S:They are on the piano.生上黑板贴图。跟读此部分录音
3、T:Question3,What’s in the library?同上方法观看录像,小组讨论
S:There are some books。
S:There are some computers。
T: There are some books。But how many books? One book? Two books?Lots of books?教学生词lots of 带读句子,学生贴图
Step5师领读整篇课文,或录音机跟读
Step6学生小组合作,表演小导游,介绍学校
Step7 完成课件上的看图填空
教学流程 :
揭题→引出there be句型→唱歌→整体感知课文→分段教学→表演→练习
教学建议:
1、备课要详细到每句话,每个词,考虑学生是否听懂,能否回答。
2、教具编上序号,便于使用
3、课件要有两手准备,视频有时因为电脑配置差不能播放,或画质、音质受损。紧急时做个超级链接,或直接打开桌面上准备的视频。
4、试上至少两遍,真上往往效果差于试上,由于环境,氛围的缘故,学生在真上时往往紧张不敢发言,气氛比较沉闷。
5、课前熟悉学生,最好前一天在那班上一节,让学生熟悉课堂用语和将要学习的内容,可以安排几个优生准备表演的内容。以防冷场。
6、四年级学生词汇量少,用全英语组织课堂比高年级要难得多,但不用英语又达不到想要的效果。所以教师应多使用肢体语言,并在课前告知学生。全英教学是可以实现的。
