一、企 业 简 介
渤海装备中成机械制造有限公司螺杆钻具制造厂是中国石油天然气集团公司确认的定点生产厂，螺杆钻具产品采用从美国史密斯公司引进的全套设计制造技术和专用设备而生产，包括生产制造与整机装配生产线、热处理可控气氛生产线以及定子橡胶生产线，具有当代国际先进水平。
　　公司生产的螺杆钻具，经过十多年对国外技术的消化、吸收和改进，已生产出直径60~286mm，16种规格，3.5Mpa、7Mpa、14Mpa三种水眼压降系列，单头与多头，单弯、双弯以及可调弯壳体，配合各种形式扶正器使用的400多个品种的螺杆钻具，而且能够独立开发和生产适用于各种用途的各种规格系列的螺杆钻具。近年来为适应市场需求开发了一系列大扭矩、大功率、耐高温、长寿命螺杆钻具，并研制出应用于小井眼井、连续油管钻井及修井作业的小直径螺杆钻具、应用于空气欠平衡钻井的空气泡沫螺杆钻具及应用在钾酸盐等特殊钻井液中钻井的螺杆钻具，其中多项技术获得国家专利证书。
2008年，我公司开发出最新一代的具有专利技术的预轮廓定子。这种马达定子采用了一种新的制造工艺，保证了在长度不变的情况下，具有两倍于常规马达的功率和扭矩，从而显著提高了机械钻速。同时，在不降低机械转速的前提下可将马达长度缩短，提高钻具定向能力，提高随钻测量仪（MWD）/随钻测井仪（LWD）的测量精度，增加旋转导向工具的机械钻速。中成ERT预轮廓型螺杆钻具是机械钻速的革命。
在质量体系保障上，是国内螺杆钻具生产厂家最先通过IS0900l标准的企业，也是同行业中唯一通过中国计量局IS0l00l2计量检测体系认证的企业。2003年，螺杆钻具产品通过API认证。
　　我公司的螺杆钻具产品从设计到检测均采用配套齐全的计算机系统，其主要零配件都是采用数控机床加工，从而保证了加工质量和精度。
　　目前，我公司螺杆钻具产品已销往国内20多个油田及美国、印度、泰国、菲律宾、伊朗、卡塔尔、委内瑞拉等国家和地区，国内市场覆盖率98％左右，市场占有率名列前茅。

Company Abstract
Bohai Petroleum Equipments Zhongcheng(ZC) Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Drilling Motor Factory is a designated producer by CNPC, specialized in manufacturing down-hole motors by introducing full set of design and manufacturing technology and special equipment with the world advanced level from Smith International Inc., including manufacturing and assembly line, controlled atmosphere heat treatment line and rubber stator manufacturing line.
　Over 20 years of study, absorption and innovation of foreign technology, now our plant can manufacture 16 specifications of 60～286mm in diameter, 3.5MPa, 7MPa and 14MPa nozzle pressure drop series, including single lobe and multi-lobe, single bent and double bents motors, adjustable bents motors, which can match different kinds of stabilizers and over 400 varieties of down-hole motors. We have the ability to develop a variety of down-hole motors in independence. To adapt to the demand of market, recent years we have developed a series of PDM which provide higher torque, more power, high temperature tolerance and long-life. Besides, we developed PDM with small diameter OD. For slim-hole, coiled tubing and work over application, air/foam PDM for air unbalance drilling application and PDM for special drilling fluid applications such as potassium drilling fluid. Many technologies of PDM acquired nation patent certificate.
In2008, ZC develop the latest motor generation with proprietary stator—pre-contoured stator. A new manufacturing process ensures these performance power sections provide twice of power and torque capacity compared to conventional power sections of the same length. As a result, they dramatically improve motor rates of penetration. They also permit the use of shorter motors without compromising ROP, providing: improved motor directional performance; improved MWD/LWD measurement quality; increased rotary steerable tool ROP. ZC’s ERT pre-contoured stator Downhole motor is an ROP revolution!
Our drilling motor manufacture plant is the first of its kind in our country, which has passed the national GB/T1900-1994-ISO9001, as well as ISO10012 quality recognition system. In 2003, it passed the API recognition system.
The plant adopts complete computer control system to effect design and inspection. All the main parts of the products are machined with CNC machines, so all the parts have reliable quality.
The down-hole motors manufactured by our plant have been sold to more than 20 oilfields in domestic as well as in USA, India, Thailand, Philippines, Iran, Qatar and Venezuela etc. The coverage of the products has reached 98% and the occupation rate is second to none in domestic market.

II Description of Products Type and Mark
The specification for every kind of ZC drilling motor is shown in this manual. We can make any specific design and manufacture according to customer’s requirement. The customer must pay much attention to the following parameters to operate ZC drilling motor properly. These parameters are also very important for your usage.
