教学副园长协助园长工作,其主要职责如下：
1、协助园长做好全面工作,以身作则，带领并团结教职工努力完成各项工作任务。

总务主任职责
协助园长具体管理幼儿园的后勤工作，为教学服务，为师生生活服务。
1、总务主任是园长的助手，任务是帮助园长做好后勤各项工作，包括安全保卫、后勤保障、绿化美化、节水节电、交通安全、设备设施维修及固定资产管理工作.
2、每学期根据全园后勤工作，写出总务工作计划，期末总结，每月有工作重点及安排。
（3）是幼儿园安全保卫工作具体负责人，负责建立并发放安全保卫工作制度，落实具体措施执行上级主管部门安排的工作。
（4）负责幼儿的用品、教师用品的采购、发放管理工作，同时做好教学用品的采购供应工作.保障幼儿及教师生活的正常进行。
（5)负责幼儿食品库用品库,成人用品库食品库（管理工作)负责建立出入库账目，严格执行出入库制度。
（6)负责幼儿园设备设施的维修工作，对除教学用品以外的各种设备设施的问题及时和管理部门、厂家、商家联系进行维修。
(7）办好师生食堂，严格按照食堂管理要求做好管理工作,做到收费合理、安全卫生。
（8）负责幼儿园节水节电工作，制定相应制度和措施，监督各部门执行. （9）负责幼儿园绿化美化工作。
(10)负责幼儿园固定资产的登记、造册、清点、核对工作.对各部门固定资产损坏、丢失问题提出赔偿意见。
(11）完成园长交给的临时性工作。

1、热爱幼教事业,认真实施幼教法规,依据国家规定的幼儿园课程标准，结合本班幼儿的年龄特点和个体差异,制定教育教学计划,并组织实施。
2、端正服务态度,合理组织好幼儿的一日活动，不断探索，大胆改革，达到开发幼儿智力的目的。

保育员工作职责
1、认真做好本职工作,努力完成各项任务，不断提高工作质量。
2、严格遵守园规园纪,忠于职守，做到不迟到、不早退、不无故缺席，有事必须先办理请假手续，特殊情况例外。
3、热爱孩子,关心幼儿一日生活，注意幼儿的饮食情况，注意天气变化，适当给幼儿增减衣服，掌握一般常见和传染病的症状，注意观察孩子，有情况及时向保健医生反映，对幼儿坚持正面教育，严禁体罚和变相体罚.
4、负责本班房舍、设备、环境的清洁卫生工作；
5、积极配合老师上课、游戏、做操、起床、饮食等工作，上班时不干私活，不串班，不接电话，发现问题及时向老师反映。
6、积极主动地参加园内的政治学习和业务学习，努力提高业务水平，认真写好工作日志、工作学习心得。
