13. 试验机采用先进的32位全数字化控制。控制系统采用数字信号处理器（DSP）技术，采样速率40kHz， 数字信号处理器(DSP)输出给运算机的4个通道（位移，载荷，两个应变）有效数据， 为每个通道1000Hz
14. 全中文的操作软件，包括帮助文件在内都是全中文的，并可以在不重新安装的情形下，快速的进行操作软件的中英文切换。能够满足拉伸、弯曲、压缩、剥离、撕裂和简单循环试验。

（五）、技术文件和资料
1.供货商在签订合同或交货时，必须提交合同货物的有关设备的安装、调试、使用、修理和保养所需的中文技术资料（包括说明书、图纸、手册等）一份（进口设备还应提供英文原本及中文翻译资料），包括但不限于以下内容：
1.1 详细的设备规格、技术参数、性能指标等；
1.2 详细的用户操作使用说明书，内容包括设备的工作原理、电路图、工作过程、操作方法、操作使用注意事项等；
1.3 设备修理（故障处理方法）、保护保养说明书；
1.4 仪器设备的操作规程（内容：操作使用说明、保护保养事项、注意事项），要求提供中文电子版、原件各一份。
（六）、交货要求
1.设备应按有关要求进行包装并采用适当的运输方式运抵合同交货地点。
2.卖方提供的必须是原厂正货的销售产品，是经检验合格的全新设备。
3.交货地点：天津市纺织纤维检验所
4.卖方交货时须随附设备清单，且必须提交如下资料：
设备原出厂产品合格证、设备的全套技术资料及操作手册（进口产品需提供中、英文版）、原产地证明；进口产品需提供报关单、完税证明、出入境检验检疫局的检验证明及合法进货渠道证明等。
（七）、检验验收、安装、调试与技术支持
1.检验验收
1.1 检验验收由买方、卖方共同负责。

1.3 投标人必须在投标时提供检验验收方案和标准。
2.安装、调试
2.1 安装、调试是合同的一部份，由卖方完成。
2.2 仪器到达最终用户现场后，在接到用户通知后1周内， 卖方需安排有体会的工程技术人员到用户现场安装、调试仪器，按验收指标逐项测试，直至达到验收要求。（卖方应设有安装调试负责人，负责设备的安装调试，并派出技术人员负责技术指导，质量监督，安装调试现场测试，安装调试质量检查认可等）。
2.3 安装工作包括货物就位、货物安装及调试在内的全部现场作业。
2.4 安装调试由卖方技术人员主持完成，调试应提前通知买方人员参加，准备及记录调试记录卡。
2.5 安装内容及有关要求应按照国家有关标准、技术规范执行。
2.6 买方只在现场提供供安装使用的固定电源，设备安装时所需的材料均由卖方负责。
2.7 安装验收期间，在用户所在地对用户进行4天仪器操作和日常保护的现场培训，包括仪器原理、使用方法和基本保护方法等。
（八）、质量保证与售后服务
1.卖方应将其提供的合同货物运抵现场，并经安装、调试、验收合格方可交付买方。
2.质保期为一年，在设备体会收合格交付买方后起计。质保期内正常使用下，如果有设备、部件损坏，卖方应在收到有关通知后，一周内予以更换、修理，质保期内全部服务费和更换设备和零部件的费用由卖方承担。质保期内卖方须进行质量“三包”。质保期满后，供应商应连续为合同设备的使用，提供技术支持，包括故障排除及零备件的供应。
3.卖方应具有正规注册的办事处、修理站及零备件保税库。在中国境内应有专门负责修理工程师。保修期后，卖方应保证长期供应零备件和正常的售后服务；仪器制造商在国内的技术服务中心（包括修理中心）应当提供所有的服务，包括备用零配件及消耗品。
4.卖方必须设有售后服务电话热线，修理响应时间：卖方应在24小时内对用户的服务要求做出响应，一样问题应在3天内解决，重大问题或其它无法迅速解决的问题应在一周内解决或提出明确的解决方案。
5.卖方提供技术支持和技术培训指导（包括设备日常保护的具体工作程序及标准的培训）。
6.如货物经卖方两次修理仍不能达到合同约定的质量标准和厂家的质量标准，买方有权退货，并依法追究卖方的违约责任。
