Work, full play party, and branch, and members in "five type Enterprise" construction in the of core role, and fighting fortress role and pioneer model role; to continues to strengthening "four good" leadership construction 工业设计系学生会干部考核方案 为了加强工业设计系学生会干部工作管理的规范化、制度化、一体化,加强干部的责任感,提高工作的积极性与主动性,现将学生会干部考核评优制度修订如下: 一、 考核时间:每月进行一次月评,到本学期结束前进行总评。 二、 考核对象:工业设计系学生会全体成员。 三、 考核部门:办公室、学习部、文艺部、体育部、组宣部 、生活部 主要负责人:学生会主席、副主席 协助人员:办公室主任、副主任 四、 考核内容: (一)基本条件考核: 1.思想进步,思想道德品质高,工作热情,奉献精神强,本着为全系老师同学服务的宗旨。 2.自觉遵守学院各项规章制度,事事起模范带头作用。 3.严于律己,以身作则,不徇私。弘扬正气,敢于同不良倾向做斗争。 (二)会议及值班情况考核: 1.参加全体例会及本部例会情况。(考勤状况) 2.学生会各成员必须严格遵守会议纪律,如;不得随意讲话,手机应调为振动或关机,不可接听电话。(除有事情外) 3.凡请假者应在会议或活动前各部部长报办公室,要严格执行请假程序。(每月请假最多不能超过3次,每月不能无故旷会2次,如有违者,给予通报批评或相应惩罚条例进行处理)。 4.每个学生会成员应该按照安排准时到相应位置值班,不可缺席或早退,如有时间问题,及时与他人进行调整。 (三)成绩考核: 1.学生干部应做到学习工作两不误。 2.每学期有三门以上科目不及格或重修者,劝其退出学生会,待到成绩合格后,经审核可以恢复其成员资格。 3.凡在本学期学习成绩优秀者,可优先考虑评优。 (四)日常行为考核: 1.寝室卫生保持良好,定期做卫生。 2.好人好事可获得加分。 (五)工作态度和成效考核: 1.每一个成员都应履行自己的职责,对安排的任务应积极认真按时按质完成,如在工作中遇到困难应及时提出,并尽快解决,对于这样的干部可相应加分。 2.各干部在院系举行的大型活动及各项体育活动中,成绩突出并获奖者可加分。 3.各干部积极向学生会提出各种方案,有助于系里发展及学生会工作,并采取者可加分。 (六)工作计划及总结报告: 1.工作计划及总结报告包括各部门每月每学期的工作计划及总结和每个具体活动的策划书及总结,均应及时报送办公室备案。 五、考核具体流程 见附表一 六、考核具体评分 见附表二、三 七、评分表 见附件四 附件一 干部考核制度具体流程 1.发放表格 考核部门在每月规定时间将考核表发到所有考核对象。 2.上交表格 考核对象真实的填写考核表并在规定时间内将其交到考核部门。 3.整理表格 办公室整理考核结果,随机选择一名干部进行监督,经书记、主席同意后在学生会会议、系网站进行公示。 4.审核结果 若成员对考核结果有异议者可以在公布时间三日内向考核部门申请复核,经书记及主席批准由考核部门进行重新考核,将第二次审核结果作为最终结果。 5.检举造价 若被考核本人(或指使让人)对考核者采取拉拢,威逼等舞弊手段影响考核结果的真实性,已经举报情况属实者,立即给予免职。 6.结果存档 存入学生会档案库。 (注:考核部门将在每个月末进行月评,每个学期末进行总评并汇总。对工作成绩突出的干部给予表彰,对不称职的干部通报批评并给予相应处分。另外,在考核部门、部长和副部长之间没有三项互评。) 附表二 考核具体评分(总分100分) (一) 基本条件考核(共10分) 1. 服从管理,尊重他人。(4分) 2. 思想进步,工作态度积极主动。(3分) 3. 做事高效,耐心,事事起带头模范作用。(3分) (二) 会议及值班情况考核(共30分) 1. 全体会议及本部例会无故缺席一次扣五分,迟到一次扣三分事假扣两分,公假、病假在会议之前提前上报办公室。 2. 开会期间随意讲话,接听电话或中途退场者,每次扣3分。(看情况而定) 3. 值班无故缺席者一次扣5分,迟到一次扣3分。 (三)成绩考核(共10分) 每学期期末考试成绩不及格科目,没门扣5分,三门以上科目不及格或重修者,劝其退出学生会,待到成绩合格后,经审核可以恢复其成员资格。 (四)日常行为考核(共10分) 检查卫生时,学生干部寝室卫生很差的,每人次扣1分,共10分,扣完为止。 (五)工作态度和成效考核(共20分) 1.不服从上级安排,工作态度不端正,无故拖延工作者,每次扣5分。 2.不积极参加活动者,一次扣5分。 3.每个部门要有自己部门的制度,共5分。 (六)工作计划及总结报告具体评分(共20分) 1.不能按时上交工作计划每次2分,共10分 2.不能按时上交总结每次2分,共10分 3.每个具体活动的策划书及总结每次2分,共10分 附表三 加分项目 1.学习成绩优秀,给予内部表扬。获得国家奖学金者加5分,省级三好学生者加5分。 2.被评为院级优秀宿舍,每次加10分,系部优秀宿舍,每次加3分。 3.有参加活动每人加3分,获奖者加5分。 4.勇于对学生会成员的违纪行为或不良行为进行举报、揭发者,每人次加分3分,最多6分。 5.对于全体例会及各部例会全勤者,每学期加5分。 6.提出有利于系里发展的好想法被采纳者,每次加3分。 附表四 利用设在基坑边的固定泵输送砼到施工面,人工摊铺,平板振捣器振捣密实,用刮杠沿模板顶将砼刮平,并用木抹搓平压实,确保砼密实和表面平整。砼浇注时埋设支立模板及钢筋支架所需预埋铁件play levels cadres in enterprise development in the of backbone backbone role; to full strengthening members youth work, full play youth employees in company development in the of force role; to improve independent Commission against corruption work level, strengthening on enterprise business key link of effectiveness monitored. , And maintain stability.
