教学过程
1.热身复习
教师与学生高兴地打招呼问好,并一起演唱一首喜欢的英文歌曲。请几个学生到前面用动作或声音来模仿某种动物的特征
例如,一位学生学猫叫之后问全班同学:”What"s this?”
学生回答:“This is a cat.”
2.任务呈现与课文导入
教师给学生出示一张自己小时候与父母在一起的照片
指着小时候的自己让学生猜一猜是谁:学生可能猜不出来或者猜出来了不知道怎么用英语介绍,告诉学生我们首先学习课文,然后大家就知如何介绍。教师通过多媒体课件或简笔画设计—棵“Family Tree”. “father,mother grandpa grandma,brother,sister”等,教师可以留—些时间解答关于课文的疑问。
请学生看活动2的图片,听录音并跟读。让学生明白如何介绍别人,同时要让他们体会"this"和"that"在介绍别人时的区别,要介绍的人离自己较近时,用“this”,而要介绍的人离自己较远时用“that”。
3.任务完成
完成运用任务4。让学生带来自己家庭成员的照片,通过实物投影一边指着照片——边向全班进行介绍:“This is my father.”
也可以以小组为单位,向自己的学生介绍自己的家庭成员。如果没有实物投影,可以让学生在纸上简单地画出自己的家庭成员,然后用英语进行介绍。
完成运用任务1。
学生三人或五六人—组,选择一种动物,组成一个家庭。学生可以课前做好头饰。由充当孩子的学生介绍自己的家庭成员,例如:“1 am a panda.This is my father.That is my mother.’’
完成运用任务6。
教师课前搜集一些同学的爸爸妈妈的照片,让学生猜照片。课堂上将这些照片用实物投影打出来,但每张照片都被挡住一部分,让学生辨认并从这些照片中找出自己的爸爸妈妈,同时要求学生用英语表达:“This is my father/mother.”如果学生找错了,教师就将该照片完全展示出来,问学生:“Is this your mother?" 引导学生回答:“No,it isn"t.”并让学生继续找出自己父母的照片。

请学生指着班里的同学向大家介绍自己的好朋友
如:“This is my friend Peter.”

首先让学生明白题意,根据录音判断录音内容与图片是否相符,相符就划“勾”,不符则划“叉”。

3、Play a game

全班分为四组进行比赛,一组一组地进行。

教学设计意图:
新标准英语第二册Module 4 Unt1 This is my head.主要是认识和表达自己的五官。我上的是这一单元的第一课时,主要让学生认识自己五官,掌握单词head, face, eye, nose, ear, mouth。
首先我利用课件复习了上单元的内容,然后我用自己制作的小花和五角星奖励给学生引出单词,在教授单词时,我利用图片,并让学生一边说一边摸自己的五官,这样既直观又形象,让学生通过自己的触摸,更好地掌握单词。最后我设计了三个游戏来练习和巩固这堂课学习的单词。一个是把单词贴到相应的图片下面,一个是给小动物找丢失的五官,还有一个是老师发指令,学生摸他们自己的五官,让学生在学中玩,在玩中学。

教学要求:
知识与技能:学会说表示复数的问句,能分角色表演书中的对话,能唱歌曲。
过程与方法:通过多媒体课件复现学过的单词,并呈现本课的教学内容;采用小组竞赛的方法开展练习;运用分角色表演法,巩固对话内容;利用TPR教学法学习歌曲。
