Enjoy your hobby
一 课程简介:在新课程理念得引领下,我校开展了英语第二课堂。主要得目得就是激发学
生学习英语得兴趣,提高学生得听说读写四项基本技能,使学生在学中玩,
在玩中学,敢于讲英语,敢于用英语。
二 内容分析: 本课得主要话题就是“Hobby”。这一话题贴近学生生活,与学生
息息相关。通过“do a survey”"hobby show" "Search for bosom
friends"等各种活动吸引学生参与到课堂中来,同时训练学生得
听、说、读、写四项基本技能,并激发学生对英语得热爱,对生
活得热爱。
三 学生分析:1.我所在得学校就是一所城镇中学,部分学生不敢张嘴讲英语,害
怕自己讲错,学习英语得兴趣不就是很高,所以教师创设各种活
动,鼓励、激发学生,使她们爱上英语老师,爱上英语课堂。
2、 我所教得学生,她们思维敏捷,每个人都有自己得爱好,各个
“身怀绝技”。根据这一特点,我把她们请上课堂,展示自己得
爱好。
四 教学目标:1、 能够介绍并展示自己得爱好,与她人交流。
2、 通过各种活动,使学生学会“自主学习,互助学习”,
并达到练习听、说、读、写四项基本技能得目得。
3、 激发学生享受爱好,热爱生活得情感。

I、 Lead in
1、 Show the ss a picture of Zhang liangying, playing her music at the same time、 The teacher can ask the ss " Who is she ?""What is her hobby?" Her hobby is singing, and today we will talk about our hobbies、
2、 The teacher can ask three or five students
" What's your hobby? "Why do you like it?"
The students are going to look at the picture and listen to the song 、 Then answer the teacher's questions、
出示明星张靓颖得照片,同时播放她得歌曲。借此询问学生她就是谁?她得爱好就是什么?引出本节课得主题。在一开始就要吸引住学生得注意力,激发学生得求知欲。
II、 Do a survey
1 The teacher will make the ss into four groups、

学生分组合作,并通过做调查了解其她同学得爱好就是什么,为什喜欢。通过“做调查”这个活动达到生生互动。同时又就是学生知识输出得过程,学生得英语口语也得到了练习。
III、 Hobby show
The teacher is going to say: Every student has own hobbies、 Some of our classmates would like to show their hobbies, do you want to have a look?
Play a game: Every group only has one choice、 Each number represents a student who will show his or her hobby, And each group can choose a number、

The other ss will watch their performances、 And then answer some questions、
通过课下观察,发现了一些学生得爱好,所以设置了“hobby show”这一活动,让这些学生在课上把她们得爱好展示出来,每一组只能选一个数字,而每个数字代表着一个学生得爱好。这样通过这一游戏,增强了课堂得趣味性。目得就是增强学生得自信心,使之发现学英语得乐趣,乐于用英语展示自己
IV、 Search for bosom friends
1、 The teacher will set a situation : I have a pen friend, she is Jenny Smith who is a Canadian girl、 She is 15 years old、 She has a hobby、 And she wants to find bosom friends who has the same hobby as her、 Now she is calling、
2、After listening to the call, make the ss fill in the blanks、
“A happy child has a________、” That’s what my mom always says、 My hobby is to find books with____________、 Because it is __________ for me to collect these books、 _______ it is very________ 、 I spend a lot of time in bookstores、 You might say_______、 But that’s his hobby、 What’s your hobby? Do you have the same hobby as me?
3、 According to the call answer the questions、
1) What is Jenny's hobby? And Who has the same
hobby as her?
2) Why does she like that?
3) Is it hard to collect books with green covers?
4) What do you think of her hobby? Is it strange?
The ss are going to listen to the calling、 And then fill in the blanks and answer the questions、
创设情境,“寻找知音”通过Jenny 打电话介绍自己得爱好,设置一些听力填空与问答题,目得就是训练学生得听力。
V、 Story telling
1、 The teacher can give some pictures of her daughter's collection, then ask the ss to guess what her daughter's hobby is、 At last, show the ss the answer to the riddle: Her hobby is collecting anything pink、
2、 Do you think my daughter's hobby is strange? I think it is strange、 Different people have different hobbies, and there are many strange hobbies、 Do you want to know? Then show an interesting story to the ss、
After that make the ss do the exercises about this story、
When they finish, they can municate with other students、

首先教师让学生猜测自己女儿得爱好,使课堂布上一层神秘感,之后告诉大家谜底,女儿喜欢收集所有粉色得东西,这个爱好很奇怪,还有很多其她人得爱好更有趣,引领学生进入“故事会”。
本环节设置这一活动得目得就是训练学生得阅读能力,题型靠近中考任务型阅读。活动主要以学生自主、合作为主,教师得责任以调控、评价、帮助等为主。最后教师可以讲述一些做阅读题得技巧,这样使题目难入简出,学生学起来会更加轻松。
VI、 Inspirational station
1、 Play a video about Yuan Long ping、 Introduce some achievements about him、
Yuan Long ping is an agriculture scientist、 His hobby is to study hybrid rice、
He gets up very early and goes to bed very late every day、 He buys a lot of books, and he will study as soon as he has time、 When he es across difficulties, he never gives up、
Mr、 Yuan won the State Preeminent Science and Technology Award of China in 2000, the Wolf Prize in agriculture and the World Food Prize in 2004、 He is currently is Director General of the China National Hybrid Rice R&D Center、
2、 Inspire the ss to learn from Yuan Long ping、 What
should we do for our hobbies?
3、 Ask the students to discuss with other students and
write down what they should do for their hobbies、
4、 Show some writings of the ss'、
The students are going to watch the video、 Then they will think over and discuss with other students what they should do for their hobbies、 Then they need to write down the results on the paper、
本环节设置得就是“励志台”。通过观瞧袁播放隆平事迹得录像,启发学生思考:为了自己得爱好,从现在起应该怎么做。小组讨论后写下来。教师可以展示一些学生得作品。设置这一环节一就是为了练习学生得写作能力,二就是激励学生正确认识自己得爱好,并付之于行动,从现在起努力学习。
VII、 Talk Show
1、 Make the ss go on pleting their writings、including"1) What is my hobbies? 2) Why do you like it? 3) What will you do from now on?"
2、 Make the ss stand up and chant their writings following the music、 (The teacher can make a model、)

此环节得设计就是为了完善本课得主题,(您得爱好就是什么,为什么,怎么做) 在课堂总结得这个环节中,设置“脱口秀”这一活动,让学生站起来并跟随音乐大声吟唱,使学生增加对本节课得印象。
VIII、 Homework
1、 Prepare for hobby show、
2、 Search your friend's hobby、
3、 Share your hobby with your friend on the Internet、

经过本节课一系列得活动,学生应该有能力完成这些任务。网络得运用不但建立了一个互动平台,而且也增加了时代得生活气息,使学生结交更多得朋友,了解更多得知识。享受爱好,享受生活。
