Especially in implement superior policy spirit of process in the, both implementation, and cannot mechanically, to to extraordinary of courage and develop enterprising of spirit, put flexibility and principle combined up, put superior of spirit and local reality combined up, Yong conspiracy to breakthrough of policy, and exercise innovation of lift, developed out development works of, and grass-roots welcomes of, and安全集中整治专项行动总结山西煤炭运销集团阳城大西煤业有限公司安全集中整治专项行动总结根据晋政办发电201222号文件以及公司关于开展煤矿安全集中整治专项行动的通知（阳煤销字2012第47号）文件要求，我矿高度重视，成立了活动领导组，制定了具体的实施方案，积极组织开展了安全集中整治专项活动，现将本次活动的开展情况汇报如下：一、工作安排及自查情况（一）工作安排1、成立组织机构。为切实将本次安全集中整治专项行动开展好，特成立以矿长南建革为组长的领导组，各副矿长为副组长，成员是各科室负责人、施工单位项目经理、监理总监。领导组对全矿安全集中整治工作进行统一领导、统一安排、统一部署。组长负责全矿安全集中整治专项行动的全面工作，副组长负责此次安全集中整治专项行动所分管业务范围内的各项工作，成员负责此次安全集中整治专项行动各业务范围内的具体工作。2、召开专题会议。2012年2月17日，我矿组织副科（队）级以上管理人员、施工方、监理召开安全集中整治专项行动会议，会议由矿长南建革主持，在会议中贯彻学习晋政办发电201222号文件、县政府办公室关于开展全县煤矿安全集中整治专项行动的通知（阳政办发201217号）以及公司关于开展煤矿安全集中整治专项行动的通知（阳煤销字2012第47号）文件精神。在会后各科（队）认真组织本矿职工贯彻学习，使广大职工深刻体会到安全集中整治的必要性和重要性。3、制定方案。我矿制定了关于开展安全集中整治专项行动实施方案（阳大煤字20129号），检查时间自2012年2月15日至2012年5月15日，为期3个月。此次安全集中专项行动采取本矿自查和上级检查的方式进行，明确具体工作要求，确保安全集中整治专项行动取得实效。（二）自查情况为了安全集中整治专项行动能够取得实效，我矿积极组织开展了地面安全生产专项整治大检查以及一通三防、机电运输、水害防治、雨季三防等专项大检查，共25次，发现采、掘、机、运、通、地测防治水等各方面隐患问题265条，成立自纠自查小组，严格按照“五定五落实”的要求，制定整改措施，明确整改责任人限期进行整改，现已按要求全部整改完毕。二、集团公司检查情况2月27日，省集团公司安全集中整治专项行动督查组在市、县公司主要领导及相关专业技术人员的陪同下，对我矿进行了安全集中整治专项行动安全大检查。本次检查共发现采、掘、机、运、通、地测防治水等各方面隐患问题72条。针对本次检查，我矿领导高度重视，针对每条问题认真研究，制定具体的整改期限、整改措施和整改责任人，现已整改66条，剩余6条未整改，具体如下：1、综采工作面设备锈蚀，长期未进行空载运行维护。整改情况：目前3010综采工作面未恢复供电，我矿将积极与阳城县电业局进行申请，尽快恢复综采面的供电，在恢复供电后立即进行设备的空载运行维护，确保设备完好，运行正常。整改责任人：机电科科长何伟东整改期限：6月20日前2、主井皮带机不防爆、主提升绞车属于淘汰设备，不防爆，立即淘汰。整改情况：我矿已向公司上报机电设备购进计划，在设备购进后，立即组织人员进行更换，确保设备符合要求。整改责任人：机电科科长何伟东整改期限：6月20日前3、整座矿井7个临时排水点较多，需对排水系统进行重新规划，减少排水环节。整改情况：我矿已对矿井排水系统进行了重新规划，整合了2#和3#临时水仓，增加2台MD46-504水泵，切实减少排水环节，目前3#水仓已建成投入使用。整改责任人：机电科科长何伟东整改期限：5月31日前4、因矿建工程未完成，机电、运输标准化均不到位。皮带大巷已安装的200米管线工程能满足标准化要求，其他巷道应按照上述标准完成。整改情况：目前经上级决定，管线安装工程只安装管路，电缆线等不在此范围，目前我矿正在抓紧安装。整改责任人：机电科科长何伟东整改期限：6月20日前5、矿井已进入联合试运行阶段，井下巷道维修、中央变电所施工等大量二期基建工程都还未完工。环保专篇专项设计未批复，安全设施（人员定位系统、供水施救系统、压风自救系统、瓦斯抽放系统、广播系统等）均未完成，应加快进行。整改情况：我矿已按照制定的2012年建设工程安排计划表，针对环保专篇、职业卫生专篇、消防专篇、节能专篇等专项设计积极同设计院进行协调，尽快完成编制、评审和批复。安全设施方面：对监控系统、人员定位系统、广播系统、瓦斯抽放系统、压风和供水施救系统等几大系统已开始逐步的安装。整改责任人：技术科科长张学柱、调度室主任张国应、通风区队长吕建光整改期限：6月20日前6、施工方主要负责人均持外地安全资格证，尽快完成换证和变更单位手续。整改情况：我矿已要求施工队及时与省、市、县煤炭主管部门进行申请，尽快办理安全资格证的变更手续，无法变更的在我省分批重新报名参加培训，确保证件符合上级要求。整改责任人：施工队副总张贵明整改期限：10月31日前针对上述6条问题，我矿将严格按照集团公司“办大矿”的理念，认真对照“六大阶段性”目标进行整改，坚决做到整改一条、验收一条、合格一条，切实将本次隐患整改到位。三、省政府检查情况3月25日，省政府煤矿安全集中整治专项行动第五督查组第一小组莅临我矿，对井上、下各场所及相关资料开展了专项督查。本次检查共发现采、掘、机、运、通、地测防治水等各方面隐患问题25条。针对本次检查，矿领导高度重视，针对每条问题认真研究，制定具体的整改期限、整改措施和整改责任人，现已将25条问题全部整改完毕。四、停工复产情况2月27日，集团公司要求我矿停止回采工作面的生产和轨道大巷的掘进工作，抓紧时间进行隐患整改。3月16日，市、县公司对集团公司在我矿检查发现的隐患问题进行了全面的回查，由于大部分问题都已整改，剩余问题需要延期解决，为此市、县公司验收组决定我矿复工。五、取得的成效及工作经验1、通过我矿开展安全集中整治专项行动，使广大职工认识到开展安全集中整治活动的必要性、重要性和紧迫性，深刻学习集团公司“三大办矿理念”和“六大阶段性目标”，及时转变思想，全身心的投入到安全生产建设中去，全矿呈现出一个蓬勃向上的新面貌。2、在此期间我矿总接受共接受市煤监局、市、县煤炭局以及市、县公司等上级检查30次，共发现采、掘、机、运、通、地测防治水等各方面隐患问题249条，都已按期进行整改。通过整改了大批的安全隐患，为我矿安全建设提供了有效保障。3、通过上级领导及专家对我矿进行检查，帮助我们查出了平时未能及时发现的隐患问题，让我们学到了很多安全知识，对现代化矿井有了新的认识，积累到宝贵的工作经验。六、今后工作目标在这次安全集中整治行动中，虽然取得了较好的成绩，但是也看到了自身的不足，需要完善的还很多。主要问题有施工队伍素质不高，人员流动性大，队伍不稳定，管理难度大；技术、设备陈旧，需及时引进新技术、新设备等，针对以上问题我矿今后要不断的去完善，争取早日把大西煤业建设成为本质安全型现代化矿井，在接下来的日子里，我矿会继续深入开展安全集中整治行动，将这次行动作为一次贯穿全年安全生产工作的重点进行深入开展。 二一二年五月十六日国语文教学中，口语交际一直处在被忽视的地位。新一轮的课程改革中，口语交际作为一种重要的语文素养被提了出来，同识字与写字、阅读、写作、语文综合能力一样都有明确的要According to Office Party of mass line education practice activities led group of unified arrangements, units main led to for cadres workers Shang a times party lecture, due to himself level limited, only put this stage concentrated learning of experience today and everyone common with learning exchange, purpose is let we further deep understanding mass line of connotation, insisted party of mass line, do masses work, following main from four a aspects told: a, and full awareness party of mass line education practice activities of major meaning Partys 18 major distinct proposed to focus on the partys advanced nature and purity, in the party, with pragmatic and clean for the people as the main content of the partys mass line and educational practice.
