一、目的Objective
为保证EOEG管道设备的保温保冷工作的工程质量,特编制此方案。This program is compiled to ensure the construction quality about insulation cold/heat work of EOEG piping.
本工程主要工作量如下:管线保温87.75m3,管线保冷32.19 m3,设备保温,0.53 m3,设备保冷,8.36 m3

三、 保温施工准备及工序Construction preparation and process for Insulation
1、本装置保温工作作业时间短,合理利用施工时间是保证施工工期的关键。由于工艺管道大部分在预制车间内预制,保温工作拟根据图纸进行提前下料。The operating time of heat insulation is short, the reasonable use of working hours is the key to meeting the construction schedule. As the prefabrication of pipe is in the workshop, the insulation work to be carried out according to drawings in advance
2、施工准备Construction preparation
a. 绝热所用材料,必须按设计文件的规定进行检查验收。绝热材料及其制品,必须具有产品质量证明书出厂合格证、理化检测报告原件,其规格、性能应符合设计要求。然后把符合要求的质保书提交给PMT QC部门。The insulation materials must be inspected and accepted according to the designed documents. The Insulation material and its products must have an original certificate of product quality and factory certification, physical and chemical test report, its specifications, performance should meet the design requirements, then submit the material document to QC of the PMT for approve.
b. 对产品质量有怀疑时,供货商应进行复验,并提交复验结果。When there is doubt about the quality of products, suppliers should carry out re-inspection, and submit the results of re-inspection
c. 绝热工程施工应在设备及管道的强度试验、气密试验合格后及防腐工程完工后进行。The insulation construction should be carried out after passing the gas-tight and corrosion tests of the equipment and piping
d. 绝热施工前必须具备下列条件:The insulation must meet the following conditions before construction
e.设备管道的附属结构均安装完毕。
Equipment and pipeline subsidiary structures are installed
f.电伴热或热介质伴热管安装就位,并通电或试压合格。Electric trace heating or hot medium with heat-pipe installed in place, and pass the power or pressure test
g.清除被绝热设备及管道表面的油污、铁锈。Remove of the oil, rust on the surface of equipment and pipe insulation
h.现场施工机具、水源、消防器具及保护用品都应准备完毕。The construction equipment, water, fire apparatus and Protective Devices should be ready On-site
i.涂层若有脱漏或划伤应重新除锈和涂刷。If there is lacuna or scratch on the coat, it should be re-rust and Brushing
四、岩棉保温施工程序Insulation of mineral wool construction procedure
1、 施工工序:Construction procedure
a. 材料及机具准备 to prepare material and tools
b. 确认设备具有保温条件后即可安装保温层 to install the insulation layer after check the condition of equipment insulation
c. 保护层预置及安装 to pre-fabrication and install the protection layer
d. 如有拆除部分也应按现场情况进行保温恢复to replace the insulation layer if dismantle existing insulation layer
e. 外保护层缝隙进行防水处理,打密封胶to do waterproof for protection layer and to do seal glue
f. 清理现场。To do housekeeping.
2、施工工艺 construction techniques
a.材料准备 prepare material
Ø 工程认定后按工程任务单准备材料 to prepare material follow the construction sheet
Ø 核对购买材料的品种、规格、数量、有效期、确认无误、分类存放,并做好防潮措施。To check the variety, standard, quantity, period of validity of the material. And confirm all are correct, then keep them and damp proof for them.
b.保温层安装。 Installation the insulation layer
Ø 保温层的安装要按照图纸要求的类型及厚度进行安装。 To install the insulation layer follow the requirement of the style, thickness.
Ø 安装时应做好防雨防潮措施。To do water proof when to installation insulation layer.
Ø 保温层安装要做到无缝隙,厚薄均匀。并与设备固定紧密。It is require no gap, thickness uniformity to install the insulation layer. And fix it close with the equipment. C.保护层铝皮安装 to install the protect layer aluminum plate
Ø 保护层的预制要符合设计要求。To pre-fabricate protection layer follow the design of drawing.
Ø 保护层安装时,要根据设备现场管口情况开除障碍,不能妨碍设备运行。To cut the obstacle point follow the nozzles of equipment when installation protect layer.
Ø 保护层安装时,搭接应顺水,接口向下,防止雨水流入保温层。按顺序逐一安装,固定螺丝要均匀分。The joint point must down and protect water entry insulation layer when install the protect layer. To fix the bolts must equality.
Ø 保护层施工完毕后应马上进行防潮处理,用密封胶封口。After install the protect layer, to do the waterproof by use seal glue at joint point.
五、 PIR/PUR 或者玻璃纤维的保温施工程序PIR/ PUR or cellular glass construction procedure
1、 施工工序:Construction procedure
a. 材料准备to prepare material and tools
b. 管线及设备涂涮粘结剂一道 to brush the felt glue at face of piping and equipment
c. 安装模块及管壳to install the module for face of piping and equipment
d. 抹玛蹄脂一层 to put on a layer by use MATI grease
e. 缠玻璃纤维布一层to twine one layer by use fiber glass
f. 抹玛蹄脂一层 to put on a layer by use MATI grease
g. 保护层(铝皮)安装。To install the protect layer
2、 施工工艺:Construction techniques
a.材料准备to prepare material
b.按工程任务单准备材料 prepare material base on work contents
c.核对购买材料的品种、规格、数量、有效期、确认无误,分类存放、并做好防潮措施。
Check the purchased material category, standard, quantity, expiry date. Different category material shall store separately, meanwhile take measure keep it from moisture.
3、保冷层安装 cold insulation install
a.在管道及设备表面涂TN-1粘结剂一道,并及时安装模块及管壳,同时模块及管壳的接缝涂上粘结剂,以保证良好的粘结。Spread TN-1 felt glue on the surface of pipe or equipment, then install module & pipe case timely. The aperture of module or pipe case shell sealed by felt glue to make sure smoothly connection was done.
b.模块及管壳应错缝安装。Make sure the aperture of module will not meet the aperture of pipe case.
c.在安装好的模块及管壳上涂上一道玛蹄脂,涂抹时要薄厚均匀一致。Equally spread one layer MATI grease on module & pipe case.
d.在玛蹄脂涂抹完以后要及时缠玻璃纤维布一层以达到玛蹄脂能渗入玻璃纤维布中。After MATI grease smeared, one layer of fiber glass shall be twined on it in time. So the MATI grease can gain enough time to penetrate into fiber glass.
e.涂抹第二道玛蹄脂,薄厚要均匀一致。When spread the second layer of MATI grease the uniformity is still required.
4、 保护层安装:install protection layer
a..根据设备的外圆周长加长30~50mm下料,环向搭接端及纵向搭接应压出凸筋,其环向搭接尺寸不得少于50mm。Base on outside perimeter of the object add more 30-50mm to cut material. Whatever at vertical or round direction the connection area shall have overlap. There is at least 50mm superposition in round direction.
b.设备及大型贮罐金属保护层的接缝和凸筋,应呈棋盘形错列布置,其环向接缝与纵向接缝互相垂直,并成整齐的直线。For equipment & large container aperture protection layer in round direction shall never in the same line to adjacent aperture & always perpendicular to vertical aperture.
c.设备封头应按封头的形状大小进行西瓜形状分瓣下料,并应一边压出凸筋,另一边为直边搭接。For blind cover of equipment cutting the material shall base its outside shape just like pieces of watermelon.
d.保冷层外安装金属护壳时,应紧贴防潮层,并采取有效措施以防止损坏里面的保冷层和防潮层. The protection shell for cold insulation the cold insulation shall close to the damp proof layer. Workers shall pay highly attention to keep the cold insulation & damp proof layer from any break.
e.立式设备、垂直管道金属护壳,应自下而上安装,接缝上搭下。每道环缝均应设“S”形夹,“S”形夹间距不大于500mm,且每道环缝不少于2个,以防金属护壳滑坠。The protection shell for standing equipment or vertical pipe shall install from down side to up side. Every round direction aperture at least winded by two S type clamps in case the protection shell fall down meanwhile the distance between any S type clamp shall not excess 500mm.
f.外壳上用于接管、支架等的开口应尽量开得合适,达到紧密配合。穿过保护层的开口要作好密封处理。The open hole from protection shell for connect pipe support must make sure in proper size to achieve closely match. Any branch connection from insulation shall be sealed properly.
g.金属护壳的接缝处应嵌填密封剂或包缠密封带。The jointed aperture of protection shell shall be sealed by sealant or winded by seal tape.
h.金属保护壳的平整度用1米长靠尺检查,偏差不大于4mm。The level of protection shell surface shall be examined by 1m level gauge. The tolerance is 4 mm.
i.金属保护层不得有松脱、翻边、豁口、翘缝和明显的凹坑,环向接缝应与管轴线垂直,纵向接缝应与管道轴线保持平行。The protection shell not appear any loose, turn over, damage joint, uprising aperture & obvious concave. The round direction joint shall vertical to axes of the pipe. The vertical direction joint shall parallel to axes of pipe.
六、 保冷发泡类施工方案Foam up cold insulation method statement
1、 施工工序Construction procedure
a. 材料准备 prepare material
b. 设备及管道外壳制作 make module for Equipment & pipe protection shell
c.安装外壳采用浇注式灌装硬质聚氨酯(PUR)发泡泡沫 install protection module shell , irrigate horniness PUR to foam up
d. 修复接缝做密闭性检查 repair juncture
e. 保护层(外壳)封闭。Protection shell closure
2、 施工工艺;Construction techniques
a. 材料准备 prepare material
Ø 按工程任务单准备材料 prepare material
Ø 核对购买材料的品种、规格、数量、有效期、确认无误,分类存放、并做好防潮措施。To check the variety standard, quantity, period of validity of the material. And confirm all are correct, then keep them and damp proof for them.
b.保护层(外壳)安装install the protect layer
Ø 外壳的安装即为浇注模具的安装,根据设备的大小及管道的具体形状,可采用分段安装。To install the protect layer, it is model installation. The model follow the size and figure of equipment and piping., it is can installation of subsection
Ø 浇注完成,做完密闭检查后,便可恢复保护层的完整状态。
After moulding, check the obturation, then replace the protect layer
Ø 保护层形成模具的宽度要和保冷层的厚度一致。
The size of protect model is same as the cold insulation.
c.保冷层安装 to install the cold insulation
Ø 模具安装前保证设备及管道无锈、无粉尘、无污染、无潮气。若有露水或霜,应予以去除和干燥。 Be careful no rust. no dirt, no pollution ,no water ,Before to install the model. If there are dew and pollute on the face of equipment, piping, must clean and dry.
采用现场发泡,将原料按比例混合均匀后,注入模具中即可。To Pour the material to the model follow the rata and mixed uniformity.

2、质量检查Quality Inspection
a.建立健全质保体系,充分发挥质保体系的作用。定期进行检查,督促工序自检,及时纠正影响质量、违反操作工艺要求的低、老、坏习惯。Establish a sound quality assurance system, and give full play to the role of quality assurance system. Conduct regular inspections on self-test process and promptly correct the impact of the quality process requirements violate the low, old, bad habits
