The general policy of our companies can be summarized by two points: We have to ensure, by our economic prosperity, the pere

Following from the general policy of the companies, our quality policy constitutes the central point of our meas

After the definition of these terms of reference, the Board can affirm his total participation: To uphold the carrying out of the Quality policy of the companies. To provide the suitable

19、xx Tannery is corresponding to a global and permanent reasoning, using each day a process approach conformed to ISO 9001:2023 requirements in order to satisfy our customers and to meet the market needs.依照“授权范围参考”(Annex 1 HFO 012),xxx皮手套厂有限公司和xxx皮厂的质量政策符合全球的和持久的推论,天天使用的程序都是按照ISO 9001:2023 的规定实行的,为了满足

22、anies, present in the spirit of each man or woman of Xxx Safety Ltd. and Xxx Tannery. This value is representative of one priority: to get the satisfaction of the customer. Others principles are important in the daily actions and are basic elements of the Quality Policy:- To reach the “zero defect”

Purpose / 目的This Quality manual must answer to:- The employees of the companies which are looking for a better understanding of the quality system and of the quality organization. - Our suppliers who take part to our projects.- Our customers whose we must deserve their confidence.- Each organis

33、m who wish to know our Quality management system.质量手册必须合用于:- 期待容易理解的质量体系和质量组织的公司员工- 参与我们计划的供应商- 必须是值得我们信任的消费者- 想了解我们的质量管理体系每一个组织.The sequencing of the responsibilities and of the Quality measures using a process approach characterizes the organization of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery. But nothing i

34、s possible without the individual involvement of each person of the companies to obtain the SATISFACTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS, who are looking for a continual improving concerning:- The services.- The intrinsic quality of our products.- The quality of the presentation of the products.- The constancy in

Scope and exclusions of the Quality Manual / 质量手册的范围和排除的细节The Quality Manual applies to the whole activities of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery located in Dalang Industrial Park, Gaoyao city, Guangdong province. 37、s no requirements of the ISO 9001:2023 standard excluded.质量手册将应用于位于广东省高要市小湘镇大朗工业园的xxx皮手套厂有限公司和xxx皮厂的所有行为。对ISO 9001:2023 标准没有排除细节的规定。4.3. Management of the Quality Manual / 质量手册的管理The Quality manual and the procedures are managed (creation, deployment, update and storage) according the “Quality docum

38、ents and records management” (HFO 001). 依照“质量文献和记录管理” (HFO 001) 来管理质量手册和程序 (编制、部署、更新和储存)。All the procedures mentioned in this Quality Manual are confidential and cannot be looked outside of the companies. The Quality Manual can have an external deployment (request of customers, certification organis

39、ms.).质量手册提到的所有程序都是公司的机密,一般情况下不能流传到公司之外。但质量手册可以在外部署(在客户、鉴定机构的规定下)。5. DEFINITIONS / 定义5.1. General vocabulary relating to the Quality / 关于质量的普通词汇The vocabulary used in our Quality Management system is determined according to ISO 9001:2023 standard.依照ISO 9001:2023 标准来拟定我们用于质量管理体系的词汇5.2. Specific vocabu

40、lary / 特殊词汇The specific vocabulary of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery used in this Quality Manual is defined in the annex document: Specific vocabulary (Annex 1 QM 001).用于xxx皮手套厂有限公司和xxx皮厂质量手册的特殊词汇定义在文献的附件里: 特殊词汇(Annex 1 QM 001)6. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM / 质量管理系统6.1. Presentation of the system / 系统

41、介绍The Quality system of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery is essentially based on ISO 9001 standard requirements. This system covers all the activities of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery. The documents (creation, control, validation, deployment and storage) are mastered by the Quality Committee (HFO 013

42、) which applies the procedure: “Quality documents and records management” (HFO 001).xxx皮手套厂有限公司和xxx皮厂质量系统从本质上讲是基于ISO 9001相关的指示规定制作的。这个系统覆盖了xxx皮手套厂有限公司和xxx皮厂所有活动情况。这些文献(发明,管理,确认,部署和储存)应用于“质量文献和记录管理” (HFO 001) 以及由质量委员会(HFO 013)控制。The General Management (Board) is making regularly (at least once a year

43、) “General Management and system review” (HFO 011) in order to ensure that the Quality system fit with the policies of Xxx Safety Ltd and Xxx Tannery and that the set objectives have been reached. A yearly assessment is made by the General Management after consultation of the Quality Committee.综合管理(
