1、少年派的奇幻漂流观后感(英文)精品资料Life of Pi was released in 2012 and could be called a classic one. That year I was a middle school student having not much spare time for movies. So when my friends skipped to the movie theater for this famous movie, I lost the first chance to watch it as soon as possible. This cl
2、assic movie appreciation course I took recently gave me opportunity to view this worldwide-known movie-Life of Pi.I indulged in the movie during the class, and felt so impressed after it. So I watched it again in the dormitory. Then I found another story in this movie, which was greatly different fr

With the help from internet, I was surprised by the second unrecovered story buried deeply inside. For the first story, which is very obvious and impressive, the movie tells us a story of how an Indian boy survived a marine peril, and floated in the sea with a Be

Richard Parker lives on the lifeboat with Pi and is kept alive with the food and water Pi delivers. Richard Parker develops a relationship with Pi that allows them to coexist in their stru
5、ggle.1 The bravery and the viability of Pi were the most unforgettable factors in the movie. I enjoyed seeing how he looked for food, collected drinking water, trained the tiger, also how he faced the storm. All in all, in my first watching, it was totally a surviving story. So I almost ignore the b
6、eginning of the movie about his childhood and family, and the end of the movie about the procedure he accepted the interview by two Japanese. After searching on the internet for audiences comments, I was astonished when someone explained that the second story that Pi told to those Japanese was actua
7、lly the true fact. Then the analysis below may shock you as well.In the second story, there was no animal surviving, but cook, sailor, Pis mother and Pi. The sailor was injured at first, then cook killed him and ate his body. Pi made the cook angry, and when he intended to beat Pi, his mother tried
8、to protect him. And she was killed by the cook, which broke Pis heart. Pi killed the cook in return. When telling this version, Pi tore and tore, saying “he was such an evil man, whats the worse is that he brought the evil in me, and I have to live with that.”2 We can tell that the second version is
9、 the truly fact, because when Pi was telling the first story, which the movie showed to us, he was in a peace and cool way, like telling a made-up story. But when Pi covered the second one, he could not help tearing and sobbing. Apparently, that is the way of telling an authentic experience. By comp
10、aring these two versions, we may find that the zebra was the sailor, Pis mother was the orangutan, and the hyena was the cook. Pi, surprisingly, was the Bengal tiger.Actually, not for once, the movie told us that Pi was the Bengal tiger. Besides the comparison of two stories, we could find other clu
11、es, telling us that Pi was the Bengal tiger. When Pi was a kid, he went to the church and drank the water in the church, the father said “you must be thirsty.” 3 And when Pi was chatting with the author, he said that the real name of the tiger should be “thirsty”, but because of a mistake, the tiger
12、 got the name Richard Parker. So what the father said revealed that Pi was actually the tiger. Also there were more metaphors in the movie. First, the hyena was the cook. They were all fierce and selfish. The zebra was the sailor. They were both vegetarians and seem to be weak. The orangutan was Pis
13、mother. They both lost their first son. Second, the tiger was actually the evil inside Pi, the natural monster buried in his body. There is no kindness and sympathy. He could not escape from his nature, he can only tame it. Third, the storm that took all Pi owned was the barriers in ones life. There
14、 were always problems occurred in ones life and destroyed everything one owned. Nobody could escape from it but only to fight with them. Sometimes they might be another chance. So face them bravely. Forth, no chance to farewell. Just like Pi did not say bye to the girl he loved, cannot see his fathe

If you missed, then you missed forever. In the original book, Pi said “I hate my nickname meaning endless end. It is important to e

The island, which was in a womans shape and full of trees root, actually stood for his mothers body. As the matter of fact, in the r

What hears disgusting was truth-When Pi told the first story, he said that he found a teeth remained in a lotus. It actually meant that he had eaten all parts of his m

Different from Pi and his mother, Pis father had no religion and he only believe in science. On the contrary, Pi once had three religions and his mother was faithful towards Hinduism. The con
19、trast between science and religion is similar to what between rationalism and brutish nature.I take great interest in this movie. I know that there should be much more meanings hidden in the story waiting for me to discover. I am so grateful to have this chance to watch this movie and planning to read the origin fiction in the near future. Work Cited “Martel seeks quiet of Saskatoon”.
