1、广东工业大学“千人计划”教授团队招聘博士后“先进功能结构材料及加工技术实验室”(筹)依托广东工业大学机电学院、微电子精密制造技术及装备教育部重点实验室、广东省高校现代产品设计与制造重点实验室以及广东省微纳加工技术与装备重点实验室。已建立起包括国家“千人计划”特聘专家,广东省“千百十”国家级培养对象,广东省领军人才,德国“洪堡学者”在内的教授-副教授-博士后-博士生-硕士生的创新科研团队。在功能与结构陶瓷研究、陶瓷高温涂层技术、高速高效加工理论与工艺、超硬材料刀具制造理论与应用等方面,具有国内领先与国际先进水平。在研项目经费2000多万元。先进设备总价值5000多万元,包括高速加工中心、表面轮廓

2、仪、高速摄影仪、SEM、TEM、AFM等先进设备;以及正在采购的高温热压炉、等离子放电烧结炉、真空及保护气氛烧结炉、PVD涂层等现代化材料制备设备。拥有接近1000平方米的实验室。实验室以先进材料和绿色高效加工为特色,将选择国际前沿与国内重要的研究领域进行原创性研究。目前主要的研究方向包括(1) 纳米陶瓷和纳米陶瓷复合材料 (2)光电高性能陶瓷(3)在机械冲击和高温环境下功能结构材料的性能(4)陶瓷高温耐磨涂层 (5) 难加工材料的高速、高效加工理论及技术(6) 材料加工理论及模拟仿真 (7) 绿色加工技术。研究团队与国内外同行开展广泛交流和合作,合作伙伴包括美国能源部橡树岭国家实验室(Oak

3、 Ridge National Laboratory)、田纳西大学(University of Tennessee, Knoxville)、南加州大学(University of Southern California)、佛罗里达大学(University of Florida)等。因组建科研团队需要,现面向海内外招聘博士后研究人员2-3名。具体要求如下:一、申请条件和要求 1、品学兼优,身心健康;2、对科学研究有浓厚兴趣,具有较强的团队合作精神,具有独立开展科研工作的能力;3、具有(或即将获得)材料学类或机械工程类(或相关专业)的博士学位;且博士学位是2007年以后取得;4、具有熟练的阅读专

4、业文献,撰写学术论文,以及进行学术交流的英语能力;5、能全脱产从事博士后科研工作;6. 具有以下一个或多个领域的研究经历优先:结构/功能陶瓷、粉末冶金、超硬材料、陶瓷高温耐磨涂层、物理气相沉积(PVD)、材料的高速高效加工技术。二、 博士后研究人员的主要研究工作方向1. 陶瓷高温耐磨涂层技术2. 在机械冲击和高温环境下功能结构材料的性能3. 光电高性能陶瓷4. 难加工材料的高速、高效加工理论及技术三、招聘人数及待遇:1. 招聘人数: 3人。2. 优惠待遇: 1) 博士后薪酬:博士后实行协议年薪制。取决于先前的资历,博士后年薪介于8万元人民币与14万元人民币之间。特别优秀者可以面谈确定。 2)

5、科研奖励政策:博士后在站期间申请课题、发表论文和申报成果,均享受在职人员同等待遇。 3) 职称申报:按照国家相关规定,在站期间可以申报相应的职称。4) 优先留校:博士后研究人员出站考核为优秀且满足教师任职条件者,原则上可留校工作。5) 住房:学校为博士后研究人员在站两年期间提供2室1厅的套房,配备基本生活设施。房租及水电等相关使用费用按学校有关规定执行。6) 博士后研究人员在站期间可申请在我校落常住户口,其配偶和未成年子女如随该博士后流动的,可申请办理暂住户口。四、报名要求 凡申请来本站做博士后研究人员,请提交下列申请材料: 1、个人简历(含学历、工作经历、主要研究成果); 2、博士研究生毕业

7、ced Functional Materials and Processing Technology Lab of GuangdongUniversityof TechnologyThe Advanced Functional Materials and Processing Technology Lab of Guangdong University of Technology relies on School of Electromechanical Engineering of the University, Microelectronic Precision Manufacturing

8、 Technology and Equipment Lab (ME Key Lab), Modern Product Design and Manufacturing Technology Lab (Key Research Lab of Guangdong Department of Education) and Micro-nano Processing Technology and Equipment (Key Lab of Guangdong Province). The Lab has already established an innovative research team o

9、f professors, associate professors, postdoctoral researchers, PHD students and graduate students, including the distinguished expert of the national “one thousand talents” program, the national supported talent of Guangdong “thousand, hundred, and ten” talents program, the leading talent of Guangdon

10、g Province and Germany Humboldt scholar. The Lab has a high research level in functional and structural ceramics, ceramic high-temperature coating technology, high-speed and efficient processing theory and technology and hard material tool manufacturing theory and applications. The funds for researc

11、h projects reach over 20 million RMB. The total value of equipment reaches over 50 million RMB, including high-speed machining center, surface profiler, high speed photography, SEM, TEM, AFM, hot pressing furnace, the plasma discharge sintering furnace, vacuum and protective sintering furnace, PVD c

12、oating, and other modern materials and equipment. The laboratory space is about 1000 square meters. The Lab takes the advanced materials and green and efficient processing as its research feature. The main research directions include (1) nano-ceramic and nano-ceramic composite materials; (2) photoel

13、ectric high-performance ceramics; (3) the performance of the functional materials under mechanical shock and high temperature environment; (4) ceramic high-temperature wear-resistant coating; (5) high-speed and efficient processing theory and technology of tough materials; (6) materials processing t

14、heory and simulation; (7) green processing technology. The research team has carried out extensive cooperation with universities and research institutes at home and abroad, including U.S. Department of Energys Oak Ridge National Laboratory, University of Tennessee, the Knoxville, University of South

15、ern California and the University of Florida. We now invite postdoctoral researchers at home and abroad to join us. The specific requirements and conditions are as follows:1. Requirements(1) Having excellent performances in scientific research; having good character and good health. (2) Strongly int

16、erested in scientific research, having a cooperative spirit of teamwork and having independent scientific research ability.(3) PH.D. in Materials or in Mechanical Engineering (or providing relevant materials to prove that one has already pass the dissertation defense) after 2007.(4) Having the abili

Salaries and Other Benefits(1) The salary for the postdoctoral researchers is

20、between 80-140 thousand RMB per year. Special requests can be proposed if you are an outstanding postdoctoral researcher.(2) The postdoctoral researchers will be treated as same as the regular staff of the university in applying for projects, publishing academic papers and declaring the scientific r

21、esearch results.(3) The postdoctoral researchers can apply for corresponding academic titles during their stay in the post doctoral mobile stations. (4) The assessed excellent postdoctoral researchers can be employed as regular staff members in principle after they leave the post doctoral mobile sta

22、tions.(5) The university will provide the postdoctoral researchers with apartments of one living room and two bedrooms with basic living facilities during their two-year stay in the post doctoral mobile stations. The rent and the utilities will be charged according to the universitys relevant regula

23、tions.(6) The postdoctoral researchers can apply for the permanent residence in the university during their stay in the post doctoral mobile stations.
