三、操作前之准备
0.放置本机台前应先确认输送运转方向，如面板上箭头表示以做适当之摆放。

1.本机台应放置于平坦之环境，以使机身平稳，若未平请依照调整至水平

安置地点

A、 通风需良好，落尘量较少。

2.机台之理想操作温度为36℃，机身前后请预留空间以利用机器操作维修。

安置间隔

A、 机身前后距墙应有60公分之距离，以利几台操作运转。

C、 不可将接地线至瓦斯管或水管上

D、 不可将有漏电断路器机器与此装置共用接地。
DO not connect ground with the other machine which has leakage circuit breaker
4.抽风口请接上￠10排风管并以束环固定，管长超5米以上或有三处以上之绕弯道请于风管末端加一助风车1/2HP 4p ￠10,以上排风。

5.遮光板：请依照工作物之高度调整在其适当位置，并与操作前将遮光板放下，以防止紫外漏

6.UV室门是否确认关好，一防止紫外线外漏

7.若有风门调整组合部分，检查是否打开在适当的位置。

8.灯管高度与角度调整：一般灯管到照射高度是100mm至120mm是依照射物的高度做调整。

9.超温防止器是机器操作之中安全保护之一，使用前先检查是否设定于150℃，若超温防止器设定温度过低则系统呈超温状态，机器无法启动及操作，超温防止器定过高则此保护系统将呈无效，超温状况发生时，控制面板上之超温指示灯会亮等示警，并自动将系统电源切断，以达到保护之作用。

关机时请先将UV开关关闭再按停止开关即可。
若长期不使用机台，请关闭漏电断路器。
When will you please put off UV shut-off again to stop switch.
If not, please use the long-term close leakage circuit breakers.

操作中应注意事项
Should be paid attention to in operation

1. 点灯完成（约两分钟左右）抽风机即可自动抽风，强弱开关切于适当位置使用。

2. 机器使用时必须把风门打开，以利用灯管完成冷却。
When using the machine must be open to use tubes after complete cooling
3. 关机时所有开关切于“OFF”位置，按停止开关，抽风机将继续抽风6-8分钟即可将源自动切断。

4. 如机器临时发生异常状况，可按红色紧急开关，可自动切断灯管电源，抽风机将继续抽风6-8分钟，即可将电源自动切断（除非紧急异常状况，请勿任意按此开关）

5. UV机器使用中勿任意改变强度选者开关或连续按此开关。

五、 保养于维护
The maintenance in maintenance

平日之保养，可使机器转动更顺畅，延长机台之使用年限，提高生产效率。
The daily maintenance, can make the machine more smoothly, prolong the rotation of the use fixed number of year, improve production efficiency.

1. 新灯管第一次使用时可能会产生异常是因为新产品关系，点灯约一段时间之后自动消失，不影响本机之性能。
The new tube is used for the first time may produce abnormal because of new products, light around for a short time after disappear automatically, does not affect the performance of the machine

2. 本机台顶盖上，请勿放任何物品以免影响本机之性能。
This machine, do not put any cover the goods so as not to affect the performance of machine.

3. 本机视环境需要，最好装上进排风管通道室外。
The visual environment, had better install exhaust duct channel outdoor progresses.

4. 本机使用完后将停止开关“NO”,仍让机身继续冷却灯管以延长灯管寿命，约6-8分钟后将自动关闭电源。
After using this will stop switch "NO", still make airframe continue to prolong lamp life cooling tube, about 6-8 minutes will be automatically shut off the power.

5. 操作时确认抽、送风马达之转向是否与箭头指示相同，如果方向相反，务必调整与标尺一致转向，否则机内温度过高将无法正常动作。

6. 本机UV室内至少每星期清洁一次，确认机器良好运行及测试品质之维护。

7. 本机顶盖通风口必须注意清洁以利于通风散热。

8. 电器配电盘每月清洁一次并检查固定螺丝是否脱落。

9. 保养时必须将总电源隔离关闭。
When the total power must maintain close isolation

10. 接地线是否脱落。
Check gounding wire is fixed or not

11. 检查超温防止器是否设定正确。
Check whether the device to prevent overheating set correctly

12. 检查温度感应线是否胶落。
Check whether the device to prevent overheating set correctly

13. 控制箱排气口请接管上、下箱排气管同时排出室外，以免控制箱之微尘污染无尘室，并可维持控制箱于常温，避免电器零件提早损坏。

灯罩灯管拆装与保养
Lampshade tubes disassembling and maintenance

1. 灯罩勿用手接触到灯管，请以酒精（95%）擦拭。

2. 灯管及灯罩视使用程度，越一个月清洁一次，若周围环境不洁，更应经常擦拭。
Depending on the degree of tubes and chimney, the use of a month, if the environment clean and unclean, more often should wipe.

3. 灯管瓷头若有灰尘，必须经常擦拭干净以防止接触不良。
If there is dirt head lamp porcelain, must often wipe clean to prevent contact undesirable.

4. 灯管安装与更换
Lamp installation and replacement

（a）.当机器停止时，按下灯管更换开关遮光罩自动打开以进行灯管之更换。
When the machine stops, press the lamp replacement switch hood automatically open on the tube.

（b）.更换灯管钱请将灯罩调至适当位置。
Replacement bulbs money will be transferred to a chimney, please appropriate location.

（c）.将固定外罩之任意把手松脱，外罩向上翻转。
Will the ShouSong of any fixed cover and cover up.

（d）.如配备CF石英玻璃滤镜，请小心处理。
If equipped with CF quartz glass filters, please be careful.

（e）.将固定内罩之螺丝松脱，将固定灯管之导线翼形螺帽松脱拆下。

（f）.将一边之灯管固定瓷头拆卸移开，小心取下灯管.
The side will head remove fixed porcelain lamp, carefully remove tubes.

（g）.装配请依照上述步骤相反顺序即可将灯管复原。

（h）.装配请检查视反射铝板灯管“CF”是否擦拭干净，翼形螺帽固定螺丝是否锁紧，以避免接触不良。

传动机构之润滑及保养
Transmission mechanism of lubrication and maintenance

2.轴承座于前端皆有注油孔，每三个月注油一次。
Bearing in front have note oil hole, oil once every three months

3.链条调整之松紧度以链条中心用拇指食指网内压使其中距为15mm左右，若有松弛或过紧请放松马达调整螺丝。
注意：链条及链上的油泥每半年要清除一次，若有干燥现象请立即涂上润滑油。

防偏装置的安装方法

2.接装防偏装置注意事项

（1）水平及平行

（2）两滚轮的落差幅度（防偏校正与镀锌正滚轮高度40~60mm）

4.调整顺序
Adjust sequence
（1）将输送网张力调整适中，手压轮输送网15kg不空转。

（2）两端输送网调整尺寸校正

（3）输送网如果偏差，将左边乙烯钢导论向右调，若依然向左偏，再把左边乙烯钢导论右调，偏向右调整方向与偏左相反。

（4）附座轴在调整座可参考做为辅助调整
