Lots of Joy，顾名思义，即“快乐多多”。幼儿园是孩子最没有压力和承担的学习阶段。同时3-6岁也是幼儿最佳的语言学习期。根据幼儿语言学习的最佳年龄曲线，本园为澳门宋庆龄基金会的中国幼儿教育示范基地, 努力打造国际化教育体系, 其课程基于国际先进的浸泡式（immersion）语言教学理念，引进美国Scholastic课程和教学大纲,由美国资深教育专家管理, 采用外籍教师全日制跟班，中外教师合作教学，中外孩子混合编班的做法, 创设真正的双语学习的文化环境，最大限度地激发中国孩子对英语学习及外国孩子对中文学习的爱好，让孩子自发的，自然的掌握流利而纯正的英语和中文。我们依据英国2023年修订的3--11岁儿童语言及数学教学大纲和美国加州现行的3—12岁儿童语言、数学、科学和社会等各科课程标准，针对中国儿童及中国教育的特点对全套引进的Scholastic幼儿课程进行再开发，保证孩子的情商、智商、品德和人格得到充足的和谐发展。让孩子在快乐中迎接适度的挑战，在卓越的教学指导下享受成功的喜悦，在游戏中进行知识的建构，我们是最专业，最具亲和力的幼儿教育专家，而Lots of Joy -- 乐教，则是中外孩子和谐共处的乐园。
Lots of Joy, as its name suggests, means a lot of joy. Preschool is an enjoyable learning stage free of pressure and worry for children 3 to 6 years of age, and it’s the best time as well, for their language acquisition. Lots of Joy is Macau Soong Ching Ling Foundation’s model preschool & kindergarten in China and is endeavoring to create an effective international preschool education system. Based on the “immersion concept” for language learning, we introduce the American Scholastic curriculum and its syllabi and put the management under the leadership of a senior American education expert. Now after a full study of the 2023 British national syllabus for 3 to 11 year olds’ development in literacy and mathematics and the Californian state curriculum standards for literacy, mathematics, science and social studies, for 3 to12 year-old children we have redeveloped the curriculum to fit into a bilingual circumstance. We will put both Chinese and International children together with certified Chinese and English native speakers as full-time teachers to create a cross-cultural environment. This will ensure the child’s full emotional, intelligent, ethical, aesthetic and personality development. Our philosophy is to construct kids’ knowledge out of play, provide them with proper challenge in happiness and let them enjoy success in an international paradise.

教学环境：
1、3082平米超大豪华别墅式独立教学楼，1500平方米的草场和多个露台，每个班级限收20人左右，保证每个孩子拥有充足的室内外活动空间，有助于孩子的体格发展和形体塑造。不受干扰的封闭性教学环境有助于创设英语氛围，有助于孩子英语习惯的养成。
2、每间教室及卧室配置豪华，不仅安装了空调，还安装了地暖，让孩子们的室内环境冬暖夏凉，四季如春。
3、教室配备电脑，投影仪等数码教学设备，同时安装24小时数码监控，专家及领导实时监控教学质量,家长在规定的时间内可以通过网络看到孩子的学习情况。
４、科学幼儿膳食，专门成长配方，使孩子长得更高，学得更好。
５、室内装修和外部形象均由资深室内设计大师赵瑞英女士主笔设计。

About the campus and teaching facilities::
1. There is a teaching building of 3082 m2 and 1500 m2 of lawn and several spacious flat roofs for PE and activities. Each class contains a maximum of 20 children to ensure plenty of individual space and is separate from other classes and free from any disturbance or disruption.
2. Each classroom and bedroom is equipped with air-conditioners for summer and floor heating for winter.
3. Each classroom is equipped with a computer, a digital projector and a round-the-clock digital monitoring system.
4. We are a boarding school, so we have medical workers, night care attendants and nutritionists, besides daytime teachers.
5. The inner decoration and outer image are both the work of the famous decoration designer Ms. Ray Zhao

8，强大的爱好班师资力量。我们的围棋爱好班由全国知名的资深幼儿围棋启蒙教育家张飚老师和他的著作<<快乐围棋>>倾力打造. 音乐舞蹈请来了著名的儿董舞蹈家.音乐家南京市小燕子艺术团陳国燕老师.
9，为毕业后的学生继续开设３年的周末及业余英语课程，为这些具有超强实力的未来人才提供多样选择的基础。

Highlights of our preschool:
1. We admit both boarding students and commuters. Tuition includes all fees, and there will be no other charges
2. We have international students mixed together in each class and provide a bilingual education in immersion English and Chinese programs. Our International teachers are all full-time teachers who stay together all day long with the children.
3. We have visited and observed the La Petite Academy in the USA as well as developing a close relationship with Early Childhood Development Programs at East Central University, OKCCC, as well as other Early Childhood Education Universities. Furthermore, we will invite Certified University Professionals from the United States as our teachers.
4. We have a professional international team of qualified teachers under the supervision of foreign experts to cultivate a global perspective.
5. Genetic and aptitude tests to evaluate the child’s potential strength. And a special nurturing plan for him/her jointly designed by psychological researchers and educational specialists both at home and abroad.
6. We adopt an original American preschool curriculum, syllabus and textbooks from the famous “Scholastic Program” in the USA.
7. We have a rich curriculum which covers all-round aspects of preschool education such as esthetic, intelligent, physical, and aesthetic development of children. Besides, we pay special attention to personality development in accordance with individual aptitude. We offer children a pleasant loving atmosphere and joyful experiences in learning.
8. Our Go club was organized by the famous developmental educationalist  Biao Zhang, who has published the famous CD “happy Go”. And we have invited the famous children’s dancer and musician, Guoyan Chen from Nanjing Little swallow Art troupe.
9. We provide three more years of weekend continuing English lessons by foreign teachers for those who leave for primary schools.

王余健先生
在南京市金陵中学从事英语教学30年，是南京市资深英语学科教学带头人，精英学生遍布海内外；曾获优秀班主任、优秀教育工作者、精神文明楷模等荣誉，曾任学校教学校长数年；曾出访日本、澳大利亚、美国、英国等国家考察教育，还曾主持过数年的出国留学预科教育，对A-level、IB、AP等精英课程有着系统的研究，对英语教学、中国教育与国际接轨等领域有着深刻的思考和丰富的实践经验，近几年致力研究浸泡式英语教学，形成了整套的教学思绪。

Mr. Tom Wallis
美籍资深教育专家, 长期在中国和南亚工作, 熟悉东方的教育理念和教育制度, 所教学生涵盖幼儿园到大学各个学习阶段. 他不仅有着丰富的教学经验和管理经验, 并且对东西方文化和教育的交流及融合有独到的体会和思绪, 他的3个孩子都曾在亚洲的国际学校接受教育，他的人生追求就是从这儿开始办好一流的国际化教育.

Lots of Joy’s management:

Mr. Wang Yujian, an experienced English teacher in Jinling High School, one of the best schools in China, for 30 years, who has many elite students both at home and abroad, served as academic principal for many years with several honor titles in his teaching career. He has paid visits to Japan, Australia, USA and UK and made in depth research into these countries’ basic education. He has also devoted several years to foundation education for overseas studies and has a profound knowledge of A-level, IB, AP studies for high level students, so he is an expert in English teaching and international education in China. Recently he has specially devoted himself to “immersion” language learning and has formed his own thoughts and insight for children’s language acquisition.

Mr. Tom Wallis, senior American expert in education, has spent many years working as an educator in China and south Asia and is very familiar with oriental philosophies in education and educational systems in Asia. The students he has taught cover all age-groups from preschool to university stages. He is not only experienced in education but also has rich experience in international business management. He loves oriental culture and is extremely interested in promoting exchanges and integration of western and eastern culture and education. His three children were all educated in Asian international schools. His life goal is to set up first-class international education for young children.
