摘要:Asporin是一种新型基质分子,最近被发现在骨和软骨组织中的表达与它们的生长发育和维持有密切关系。研究发现它还可以调控肌肉组织的发育和分化。而针对人退变间盘髓核中对Asporin的研究却很少。本研究将利用免疫组化方法对人退变间盘髓核中Asporin的表达情况进行研究,希望探讨其与退变间盘髓核的关系。结果表明,在退变间盘髓核组织中仅少部分细胞呈Asporin强阳性表达,而在正常间盘髓核组织中则没有这种表达。同时,随着退变的严重程度加剧,Asporin的表达水平显著降低。该结果表明Asporin可能是退变间盘髓核的特异性标记,它不仅可以作为诊断退变间盘髓核的一个新指标,更有望成为治疗退变间盘髓核的新靶点,需要进一步探究。

Abstract: Asporin is a novel matrix molecule that has been found to be closely related to the growth, development and maintenance of bone and cartilage tissues. Recent studies have also shown that it can regulate the development and differentiation of muscle tissue. However, there have been few studies on the expression of Asporin in human degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus. In this study, immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the expression of Asporin in human degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus, and its relationship with intervertebral disc degeneration was explored. The results showed that only a few cells in the degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus tissue exhibited strong positive expression of Asporin, while there was no such expression in normal intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus tissue. In addition, as the severity of degeneration increased, the expression level of Asporin was significantly reduced. These results indicate that Asporin may be a specific marker of degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus, which can not only be used as a new indicator for the diagnosis of degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus, but also become a new target for the treatment of degenerative intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus.
