the construction drawings，standards of Sabic and manufactures written instruction and applied recommendations and Technical Data Sheets(TDS)每项工作展开应根据施工图纸、Sabic 标准及厂家产品说明、运用推荐和材料技术表。Construction drawing No.00-A-0107 detail R-2；施工图纸编号 Standard of Sabic No.A04-S02 Engineering Standard；Sabic 标准编号 用心铸造世界 6.2 Substrate Surface Preparation 屋面处理屋面处理 Proper preparation to the substrate surface is essential for optimum long term waterproofing.为保持长期防水性能，屋面应进行适当处理。6.2.1 Substrate shall be cleaned of dust，debris，moisture and other substances detrimental to roofing installation，sharp projections shall be removed。对基层上的灰尘、碎片、水和尖锐部位等影响屋面铺贴的因素进行清理。6.2.2 Cants strip 50mmx50mm cement mortar shall be installed at the instersection of horizontal and vertical substrates and smooth surface with mason trowel 50mmx50mm。屋面阴阳角抹 50mmx50mm 水泥砂浆倒角。6.2.3 All surfaces to be waterproofed must be structurally sound,clean，dry and free of all surface contamination including form release agents,curing compounds，concrete finishing aids and all other forms of surface contamination.所有表面应坚固、清洁、干燥，无污染。6.2.4 Any surface sharp objects or edges are to be either removed or smooth covered over with a suitable mortar,and finished to the satisfaction of the Supervising Engineer.移除锐角或用砂浆抹平。6.2.5 All substrate surfaces to receive the new membrane,shall be smooth and free from irregularities.The substrate surface is considered acceptable if no deflection greater than 10 mm is found under a 2 m rule,in any direction，and no deflection greater than 3 mm under a rule of 0.20 m roofing，substrate shall be inspected and approved by QC。卷材铺贴前，基层应被 QC 检查认可。7.2 Additional layer felt 铺附加层 According to standards and specification prior to installing the additional modified bituminous membrane layer for cant strips of parapet wall、roofing drain、equipment basement etc。根据标准和规范，首先为各阴阳角铺贴附加层。7.3 Roof membrane installation 铺屋面卷材 Modified bituminous membrane shall be installed over area to receive roof，extended over and terminate beyond cants。Two plies of modified bituminous membrane，consisting of a base ply and a finish ply，shall be installed，starting at the low point of system。Each layer is installed by torch welding method，loose-laid or fully bonded to substrate。When loose-laid，only overlaps are bonded together。卷材铺贴面积应大于屋面面积，需延伸至倒角以上。两层防水卷材铺贴，应从最低点往最高点铺贴，采用热熔法铺贴，对于第一层卷材，铺贴时我们只需焊好搭接部位。7.4 Hot-melt sealing laps 热熔封边 Laps shall be staggered，side and end laps shall be hot-melt and completely sealed by rolling，leaving no voids。搭接错开，纵横向搭接采用热熔搭接，挤压密实无空鼓。7.5 leakage test 闭水试验 According to standards and specification，roof shall be filled with water，the depth of water shall be higher than roofing highest point 2cm，maintained 24hours。Interior of the building shall be inspected for leaks during and after the test。leaks，if any，shall be repaired and the test repeated until no leakage is found。根据规范标准，屋面应进行 24 小时闭水试验，水深应高于屋面最高点 2cm，在闭水测试期间检查室内是否渗漏，如果有，立即返修在做闭水试验直到不漏为止。7.6 Roof insulation 屋面保温层 Extruded polystyrene board shall be loosely laid over modified bituminous membrane，with long joints of 用心铸造世界 insulation in continuous straight lines and with end joints staggered between rows，abutting edges and ends between boards。Bottom drain channels shall be installed toward roof drains and scuppers。屋面保温板应松散布置，保温板接缝纵横向错开，板底所有管道施工完成。7.7 300*300*50THK cement light weight tile 300*300*50THK cement light weight tile shall be installed according to drawing，standard and manufactures written instruction。300*300*50 的水泥砖按照图纸规范和厂家说明进行安装。8.0 喷火枪安全喷火枪安全 GAS TORCH SAFETY The following general procedures should be followed whenever torches are used:喷火枪使用应遵守以下流程:7.1 Torch-applied membranes are not classified as dangerous goods,however during the installation process,care must be exercised when working with an open flame.喷火铺贴的防水膜不是危险物品，但在铺贴过程中，要注意明火危险。7.2 Torching equipment should be in good working condition.喷火设备应状态良好。7.3 Hand-held torches and torching trollies should have an adjustable pilot light and an adjustable valve that controls flame size.手持喷火枪应可调火焰大小。7.4 Keep cylinders fastened securely in an upright position when being stored or transported,and be sure the container valve is closed with safety cap or collar in place.存放和运输气瓶时，将其牢固绑在竖直位置，确保阀门关闭，确保有瓶帽。7.5 Cylinders should not be dropped or allowed to strike each other and should be checked before each use for rust and dents.钢瓶不应该丢弃或互相碰撞，使用检查是否有锈蚀和凹痕。7.6 Cylinders should be moved by means of a hand truck.If absolutely necessary to move them by hand，roll them on the bottom edge，never drag them.钢瓶应该由手推车的方式移动。如果有必要手动，滚动其底部边缘，不要拖动。7.7 When in doubt,always assume that cylinders are full and handle them accordingly.如不确定，始终假设气瓶是满的。7.8 The hose between the torch and the fuel tank should be at least 25 inches long and have the Underwriters Laboratory(UL)approval 气瓶与喷火枪之间软管应至少为 25 英寸长，并具有保险商实验室（UL）的批准 7.9 Check hose prior to use for cleanliness,cuts,cracks,or worn places.Replace immediately if any of 用心铸造世界 these are present.使用前检查软管是否清洁，有割伤，裂痕，或磨损的地方。若有则立即更换，7.10 The pressure regulator and pressure gauge allow for an even flow of gas and should also have the UL approval.压力调节器和压力计也应具有 UL 认证。7.11 Tanks should be sized to meet the requirements of the burner equipment.气瓶的尺寸应以满足燃烧设备的要求。7.12 A lit torch should never be left unattended.点燃的喷火枪不得无人看管。7.13 All combustibles should be properly disposed.所有可燃物应妥善丢弃 7.14 Do not use open flame directly on highly combustible material.Follow all site,and regulatory fire codes.不要直接对高度可燃材料使用明火。遵守所有的现场，监管消防规范。7.15 At the end of the day，turn off the torch,then the tanks，and then bleed the line of excess gas.工作结束后，熄灭喷火枪，关掉气瓶，然后放空多余气体。7.16 The foreman should perform at least a one-hour fire watch.工头应该进行至少一个小时的消防值班。8.0 质量控制质量控制 QUALITY CONTROL 8.1 A request for Inspection(RFI)shall be issued to Client/Company before installation of roof waterproofing system.QA/QC Manager shall inspect concrete screed to record quality and condition of the concrete surfaces.铺贴前，给业主发 RFI，QC 经理应检查砼表面并记录抹平质量。8.2 Application shall be done as mentioned in the Section 6.0 above.根据 6.0 节进行铺贴 8.3 All completed works shall be inspected again by Client/QC Section prior to the next succeeding work to continue and completed work as
