电池检查标准
一、 外观尺寸(全检)
箱体表面清洁,没有明显的变形,没有机械损伤,接触点无腐蚀。箱体外壳所有紧固件都需要紧固,无缝隙。标签和警告标签应贴到对的的位置。外形尺寸 (宽*深*高):(440±2mm)*(420±2mm)*(88±2mm) 。
二、 内部连接检查(全检)
控制盒内部铜排与电器件的连接处都需要紧固,各个接插件部分要保证接线对的并且无虚接现象。
三、 上电测试
设备需求: 充电机1组,负载1组,GYFP48100T电池组2组,万用表1块,电脑1台(上位机版本 TCVB1.3J20230828)。
连接方式: 充电机和负载的正负极接到控制盒的总正总负(P+/P-),第1组电池组的正极接 P+ 负极接 Li-,第2组电池组正极接P+ 负极接 VRLA- 。
1. 电压测试(全检): 控制盒上电后测量其总正总负(P+/P-)电压,通过校准后台监控软件使后台显示电压值与测量值相等。
2. 电流测试(全检): 控制充电机分别输出20A和100A的电流值,通过校准后台监控软件使后台显示电流值与测量值相等。
3. 继电器功能测试(全检): 分别在电池组处在充电和放电状态,通后台监控软件手动切换LI和VRLA继电器,2个电池组充放电状态需符合继电器切换状态。
4. 显示功能测试(全检): 调节显示器按钮,可查找到并对的显示电池组状态信息。信息涉及:在线模式(FP on line / VRLA on line),电池组电压(Batteries V),电池组电流(Batteries I),运营状态(Run_State: Stop/Normal),SOC值,电池组单体电压(Module Cell Voltage),电池组电芯温度(Module Cell temperature),系统容量(Batteries Capacity),系统信息(Batteries Info),告警信息(Batt-ies Alarm Info),接触器状态(Contactor Status)。
5. 切换功能测试(此项目只做1个完整测试): 接通电路后以50A充电电流将系统充满电,搁置5分钟后,再以50A放电电流进行放电,并记录电池组切换状态,切换状态需符合设计逻辑。
设计逻辑: 充电时FP优先充电,FP满电后切换至VRLA充电,直至VRLA充满,最后切换到FP在线。放电时FP优先放电,当FP放电至SOC=20%时切换至VRLA放电,VRLA放电至保护切换到FP继续放电,直至保护。
6. 告警功能(此项目每100个抽检1个做): 系统告警值需符合下面的表格数据。
