四、施工小结与建议
1. 我司拥有15年的施工团队,并具有建设和交通委员会颁发的施工资质,能够胜任此项涂装工程。
2. 虽然国产型防火涂料的材质相对较粗,但只要施工精细,绝对能够达到国家标准及消防要求,最终整体效果也不错。
3. 在整个工程实际施工过程中,在总包单位协调配合下,进行有效的交叉施工作业。一方面,会增加每道涂层的干燥间隔时间,使每道涂层干燥完全,避免涂层表面气孔产生,会大大提高涂层表面的美观度。另一方面,完全能保证整个施工进度要求。
4. 建议在涂料施工过程进一步协调兄弟施工单位与组织详尽的计划,避免涂层表面的损坏,保证涂层完成后的美观效果。

Ⅳ. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE TRIAL
1. Our company have over 10 years experience construction team, and have the certification issued by the Construction and Communications Commission qualify for this project.
2. Although the domestic fireproofing coating is relatively inferior, but with serious application, it can meet the requirements and national standards. The superiority of our product is attractive in price and quality, and good overall appearance.
3. During the entire construction process, with the coordinate of general contractor, we can interactive construction efficiently. In this way, each coat will dry completely to avoid air hole or there defects. It will be a great improvement on the appearance and also ensure the construction schedule.
4. Suggest protecting the dry coating films carefully, otherwise, it will be damaged and contaminate, which results in bad appearance.
