试验过程/course： 1.编写组装小台灯的流程，画出流程图。 1.analysis the process of assembling desk lamp, draw out the flow chart. 2.试运行，检验流程设计是否合理，并进行适当的调整。 2.experiment and test the process design whether reasonable or not, make suitable adjustment if not. 试验过程/course： 3.多种流程设计同时进行组装，记录时间。 3.assemble according to every process, note how many times spend. 4.算出各种流程设计平均每人组装完成一个小台灯所用时间，并进行相互比较和分析。 4.caculate how many times every person have spent for assembling one, then compare the data and make an analysis. 试验总结/conclusion： 1.哪一种流水化作业效率最高？原因是什么？ 1.which process brings the highest efficiency ?
