发电机的检测　(中英文对照)

1.           INSPECT GENERATOR BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY
检查发电机碳刷装置
(a)        Using vernier calipers,measure the exposed brush legth.。
      用游标卡尺测出露在外面的碳刷的长度
Standard exposed length:
   标准长度
  9.5 to 11.5 mm (0.374 to 0.453 in.)
   9.5 to 11.5 mm (0.374 to 0.453 in.)

Minimum exposed length:
   最小长度
  1.5 mm ( 0.059 in.)
     1.5 mm ( 0.059 in.)
If the exposed length is less than the minimum, neplace the generator brush holder assembly.
  如果碳刷长度小于最小值，替换发电机的碳刷装置。
 2.        INSPECT GENERATOR REGULATOR ASSEMBLY
     检查发电机调节器装配
(a)    Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity between terminals F an B
（ a ）使用欧姆表，检查F与 B之间的是否连通。
Standard:
标准.
 When the positive and negative poles between terminals F and B are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction..

当F和B之间的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向的没有连通的。
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the generator regulator assembly.
如果不是规定的连通值，替换发电器调节器装配
(b)    Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity between terminals F and E.
（ b ）使用欧姆表，检查F与E之间是否连通。
Standard:
标准：
When the positive and negative poles between terminals F and E are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction.
当F和B之间的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向的没有连通的。
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the generator regulator assembly.
如果不是规定的连通值，替换发电器调节器装配
3.           INSPECT GENERATOR DRIVE END FRAME
检查发动机定子线圈
 (a)  Check the stator coil for open circuits.
检查定子线圈的开路。
(1)Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between the coil leads.
（ 1 ）用欧姆表，检查电阻线圈之间的电阻。
Standard resistance:
标准电阻：
Below 1Ω
低于1Ω
 If the result is not as specified, replace the generator assembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器定子线圈装配
(b)   Inspect the stator for ground..
检查定子线圈是否接地。
(1)    Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between the coil lead and drive end frame.
  使用欧姆计，检查定子线圈与发动机壳体的电阻、
 Standard resistance:
标准电阻：
10 KΩ or higher
10 KΩ或更高
If the result is not as specified, replace the generator assembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器定子线圈装配
(c)    Inspect the bearing.
（ c ）检查轴承。
(1)    Make sure that the bearing is not rough or worn.
轴承是否粗糙或磨损过度。
If necessary, replace the generator assembly.
如果有必要，替换发电器装配。
4           INSPECT GENERATOR HOLDER WITH RECTIFIER
4检查发电机整流器
(a)        Using an ohmmeter, check the continuity among terminals P1, P2, P3 and B, and among P1, P2, P3 and E.
使用欧姆计，检查P1、P2、P3和B之中和在P1、P2、P3和E之中是否连通
     Standard:
标准
When the positive and negative poles among terminals P1, P2, P3 and B are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction..

当P1、P2、P3和B之中的正极和负极交换时，有在一个方向是连通的，但是在另一个方向没有连通。
When the positive and negative poles among terminals P1, P2, P3 and E are exchanged, there is continuity in one direction but no continuity in the other direction..

当P1、P2、P3和E之中的正极和负极被交换时，有在一个方向的连通的，但是在另一个方向没有连通。

If the continuity is not as specified, replace the generator holder with rectifier.
如果不是规定的连通值，将替换发电机整流器。
5.   INSPECT GENERATOR ROTOR ASSEMBLY
5 。检查发电机转子装配
   (a)  Check the generator rotor for open circuits.
一）检查发电机转子开路。
       (1)  Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the slip rings.
（ 1 ）用欧姆表，测量的滑环之间的电阻。
            Standard resistance: 1.7 to 2.1 Ω at 20ºC(68ºF)
标准电阻： 在20ºC (68ºF)的情况下1.7到2.1Ω
      If the resistance is not as specified, replace the generator rotor assembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器转子装配
(b)   Check the generator rotor for short circuits.
（二）检查发电机转子的短路。
(1)  Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between the slip ring and generator rotor assembly.
 （ 1 ）用欧姆表，检查滑环和发电机转子之间的电阻。
   Standard resistance:
标准电阻：
10KΩ or higher
10KΩ或更高
If the result is not as specified, replace the generator rotor assembly.
如果不是规定电阻值，替换发电器转子装配
(c)   Inspect the slip rings.
（ c ）检查的滑环。
(1)       Make sure that the slip rings are not rough or scored.
（ 1 ）滑环不否粗糙或磨损过度。
If rough or scored, replace the generator rotor assembly.
如果粗糙或磨损过度，替换发电器电动机滑环装配
(2)       Using vernier calipers ,measure the slip ring diameter.
（ 2 ）用卡尺，测量滑环的直径。
      Standard diameter:
标准直径：
14.2 to 14.4 mm (0.559 to 0.567 in. )
14.2至14.4毫米（ 0.559至0.567英寸
Minimum diameter:
最小直径：
 12.8mm (0.504 in .)
12.8mm（ 0.504英寸）
If the diameter is less than the minimum, replace the generator rotor assembly.
如果直径小于最小值，替换发电器电动机滑环装配。
