CADCAM实验报告

一、实验目的
1、熟悉MasterCAM的基本界面结构和操作方式;
2、掌握利用MasterCAM进行二维绘图的基本方法和指令;
3、利用二维绘图菜单常用项进行绘图练习,以达到进一步熟悉掌握菜单使用的目的;
6、掌握图形中图素的分析方法,为综合图形的分析打基础。
二、实验内容
1、熟悉Creat菜单下二维绘图命令的操作;
2、熟悉Modify、Xform菜单下的图形编辑命令的操作;
3、熟悉Cplane、Gview及Z向深度的建立和设置方法;
4、理解利用基本绘图命令和Cplane、Gview及Z向深度的设定,构建三维线框图的方法和技巧;
5、完成指导教师指定的图形的绘制。
三、实验原理、方法和手段
MasterCAM是美国CNC Software公司研制开发的CAD/CAM系统,由于其具有良好的性能价格比,在国际CAD/CAM领域中,其装机量居世界第一。包括美国在内的各工业大国皆采用本系统作为设计、加工制造的标准。利用该软件不仅可以实现计算机辅助NC程序编制,还可以实现计算机辅助设计制造一体化。
四、实验步骤
1、利用MasterCAM绘制零件图
1.运行MasterCAM
2.修改图素属性,红色 中心线
3.绘图,水平线 输入坐标 第一点(-20,0) 第二点(400,0)如图1
4.绘制上半层轮廓
直线段:

画弧线段R70:两点画弧,选择亮点 输入70,选取所要的弧线
完成后如图2
5.转换,镜射,选取上半层所有的图素,点击执行,选择X轴,选择copy,ok 得到图3
6.标记尺寸,尺寸标注中尺寸属性小数位后改为0 将图中尺寸一一标注 得图4
2、利用MasterCAM绘制零件三维模型
2.1光滑螺钉
1.运行MasterCAM
2.点击绘图,直线,绘制以下直线
(0,0) (0,-35)
(0,-35) (-4,-35)
(-4,-35) (-4,-20)
(-4,-20) (-7,-20)
(-7,-20) (-7,-5)
(-7,-5) (-10,-5)
(-10,-5) (-10,0)

得到图5
3.回主菜单,选择实体,旋转,串连,选择2中绘制的图形,选择执行,再点击图形右边缘直线作为旋转轴,执行,默认选择creatbody,点击ok 得到图6
,荧幕视角,动态旋转 可以调整视角如图7
4.回主功能表,绘图,矩形,一点,输入width 5.0 height5.0
得到矩形,输入中心坐标0,0,矩形放置在如图8所示位置
5.回主功能表,实体,挤出,串连,选取4中绘制的矩形,点击执行,执行,选择Cutbody和Extend through all 勾选Both directions,点击OK 得到如图9
6.点击上方工具条中彩现,点击OK,得到如图10
7.回主功能表,选择实体,倒圆角,实体边界,在图形上选取边界,点击执行,输入倒圆角尺寸 1,点击OK,得到图11
2.2三耳坐
1.运行MasterCAM,主菜单,绘图,矩形,一点,输入width40 height 30 点击OK,输入0,0 放置矩形,如图12
2.回主功能表,绘图,圆弧,点半径圆,输入半径:15,输入圆心:(-20,0)再输入圆心:(20,0)如图13
3.回主功能表,修整,打断,在交点处,将图形在交点分割
4.回主功能表,删除,仅某图素,圆弧,选择要删除的圆弧,得到图14
5.回主功能表,绘图,点半径圆,输入半径5,圆心(-20,0),再次输入圆心(20,0),如图15
6.回主功能表,实体,挤出,串连,选择5中绘制的图形,选择执行,输入distance 10 点击OK,得到图16
7.回主功能表,绘图,矩形,一点,选择中下的矩形,输入width 30 height 10,点击OK,输入基点坐标(0,10)如图17
8.回主功能表,绘图,圆弧,点半径圆,输入半径15,输入圆心(0,20)回主功能表,修整,打断,交点处将圆弧打断,回主功能表,删除,仅某图素,删除直线和圆弧
9.回主功能表,绘图,圆弧,点半径圆,输入半径5,输入圆心(0,20)得图18
10.回主功能表,实体,挤出,串连,选取9中绘制的图形,执行,执行,选择AddBoss 输入Distance5,勾选both directions点击OK 得图19
11.回主功能表,实体,倒角,单一倒角,实体边界选择N,实体面选择N,实体主体选择Y,点击实体,输入倒角尺寸:1,点击OK,得到图20
12.点击彩现,得图21
3、MasterCAM 车削编程
1.运行Lathe 9,档案,取档,打开之前绘制的轴文件,删除下半部分得到图22

2.刀具路径,工作设定,边界的设定,快速移位:1.25 进入/退出:0.25 点击素材,OD:100 Length:320 Base Z:-10 点选On teft face 点击OK
3.刀具路径,车端面,选择T0101刀具,homeposition下拉成user defined,点击define 输入D:150 Z:350,点击OK,点击select point,框选车端面部分,点击OK,设置粗车步进2,x轴过切量0.5,点击OK,生成车端面示意图,如图23
4.回主功能表,刀具路径,粗车,单点轴外一点作为进刀点,串连,选取轴右边端点,接续点选为Y,再点击轴上沿最左线段,结束选择,修改参数:depth of cut:2 minimum cut:0.01 stock to leave in:0.2 entry:2.5,设定自动计算进退刀向量,点击确定,自动生成刀具轨迹,如图24
5.刀具路径设定,精车,单点轴外一点作为进刀点,串连,选取轴上沿的边界线段,结束选取,执行,选择刀具TO242,其余设定参照粗车步骤
6.刀具路径,车螺纹,选取M48,起始位置290 终止位置233,确定,点击操作管理,实体切削验证,如图25
7.点击post ,点选save nc file 点击OK,生成NC文件
