Objectives目的:At the end of this session, each trainee will be able to meet with media personnel professionally and obtain relevant information about the media.

1. Like Media call, Media interview is also an interaction with our clients, a good chance to probe ads agency and supplier's competency and potential to work with. In the meantime, it is an opportunity to conduct Customer Relationship Management and to deliver hotel and brand image.
与拜见媒体一样,在饭店会见媒体也是与我们客户打交道的一个过程,是一个了解广告商和供应商的资信度和合作潜力的良好机会。同时这也是一个实行客户关系管理和展现饭店和品牌形象的机会。

5. Summary with emphasis on customer relationship management. It is essential to deal with the visitor on behalf of The St. Regis Shanghai and keep a close touch with them.
