38、均可繁殖,由于黄河、长江流域、沿海及广大山区气候较东北更加温和,一年四季牧草繁茂,环境好、污染少、噪音低更是饲养梅花鹿、马鹿的天赐场所。鹿为反刍动物,食性杂,以粗饲料为主(与牛相似)且食量很低,所有农作物的秸杆及副产品、青枝落叶,杂草都是鹿的好饲料。由于梅花鹿的生理特点有其野生习性,饲料转化率非常高,所以一般青饲料充足的山区半山区及盛产牧草区可以长年不给精饲料,使饲养成本比寒带地区节省60-80%,可达最佳饲养效果。在东北每只鹿饲养成本700元左右,但山区或温带饲草充足,一般可节省 300-400 元饲料款,这是一个很大的优势,经济效益更加显著。河南省郏县属于暖温带大陆性季风气候,光照充足、水
39、质优良、海拔适宜,自然降水充足,玉米秸秆、红薯秧,花生秧,青草等农业副产品非常丰富,长期以来多为农户焚烧或丢弃,既污染环境又浪费资源。所以郏县是梅花鹿繁养的天然首选场所。本项目梅花鹿驯养繁殖及产业化开发地点拟选于河南省平顶山市郏县薛店乡工业开发区内。本项目总建设占地约200亩。1.6 建设内容及规模1.6.1 建设内容本项目采取“公司+科研+基地+农户”等经营模式,占地面积:200亩,其中:鹿舍40000平方米,防疫等用房1500平方米,饲料储存、加工1000平方米,青储用地1500平方米,科研办公3000平方米,加工厂5000平方米,饲草种植80000平方米。修建道路3km,供排水管道200
