医院财务人员培训计划
医院财务管理水平的高低，直接影响医院的经营管理状况，为保证医院在日益激烈的竞争环境中健康有效地发展，医院财会科以强化财务管理，提高业务水平为宗旨，结合自身的具体情况，针对财会人员拟定了一系列的培训教育计划，现就其内容和形式列示如下：
一、岗前培训
1、岗前培训的对象为新进财务人员；
2、岗前培训的内容包括医院简介、工作岗位职责、各项管理制度等；
3、岗前培训的时间为新财务人员报到当月进行，时间安排一般不超过一周，由财会科负责人实施。
二、岗位培训。
1、岗位培训的对象为全体财务人员。
2、岗位培训的内容包括基本技能培训、会计法、医院会计制度、财务管理制度等法律法规的培训；
三、培训安排
1、根据财政部的要求，每年组织财会人员参加国家规定的会计后续教育培训，会计从业资格证书的审核，使会计从业人员及时掌握最新的会计准则和财务要求。
2、 为鼓励财务人员自我增值，考取更高职称，每年财会科统一
组织有意者参加各种职称的报名和考前培训课程，对财务人员的自我进步给与最大的帮助和支持。
3、 积极组织有关人员参加各级医院财务管理协会或卫生部门举办的学术研讨会或专题交流会，为每一位员工提供走出去学习的机会，不断提高业务水平。
4、 定期订阅有关医院财务知识和管理的杂志报纸，为财会人员提供多媒体学习会计最新知识的环境。
5、 不定期向医院申请外出参观学习的机会，借鉴其他先进医院财务科室的组织机制，业务分工，业务处理等可取之处，交流经验，取长补短。
6、 与信息科合作，每半年或一年时间组织一次电脑技能培训和测试，不断提高收费人员的操作效率，不断学习医院新的信息系统更新知识。
7、 根据医院业务的发展需要，及时调整岗位分工，对新岗位的新职责、新内容进行及时培训，保证工作的顺利开展。
五、对参加培训人员的几点要求
1、参加培训人员，非特殊原因，未经部门负责人以上领导批准者，不得拒绝参加。
2、参加培训人员应按时到训，不得迟到、早退，应积极主动完
成培训作业，并接受成果考核；因故未能参加者，应事先请假，并转报财务部；应参加而无特殊原因未参加者，以旷工论处。
