我公司与你于2011年 7月 20日签订了劳动合同，双方建立了劳动关系。但在劳动合同履行过程中，公司发现你不能胜任本职工作，劳动态度差，且由于你在工作上的严重失误，给公司造成了一定损失，现公司决定将你辞退，终止与你的劳动关系。请你接到本辞退通知后，到公司相关部门办理离职手续，本公司将依照劳动法的规定，给予你半个月工资的经济补偿金及相应社险的缴纳。同时，接到本辞退通知后，你不得以公司名义再开展任何业务活动，否则造成的一切后果由你本人承担。
本通知自收到之日起生效。
