乙方于2009年1月收到提货通知，货物为“    ”。经与甲方核实，该货物进口清关时发现需要提供强制性认证，我公司无法提供。经过甲乙双方协商，同意将该货物退运香港，双方就退运事宜达成以下协议：
Party B in January 2009 received a delivery notice, the goods as "  " Verified with the Party, the customs clearance of imports of goods was found necessary to provide mandatory certification, the company could not provide me. B After consultation between the two sides agreed to send back the goods in Hong Kong, the two sides reached the following matters on the returned protocol:

乙方受甲方委托在天津新港办理货物退运的相关事宜，乙方的授权范围内相关行为均代表甲方。
Party B was appointed by Party A to arrange the relative returning shipment in Xinggang seaport Tianjin. All the activities taken by Part B has got authorized agreement of Party A.

乙方替甲方垫付在新港因退运而产生的相关费用，甲方将通过帐单支付给乙方。
乙方退运事宜办妥后，将相关信息尽快提供给甲方。
Party B will provide the relative information of return shipment as soon as the goods shipped.

协议未尽事宜，双方协商解决。
All the matter rising later but not mentioned here will be negotiated by both Parties.

我司与乙方购订了合同号为 项下的 吨 。由于 ，买方决定办理退运手续。经双方友好协商就退货一事达成以下协议：
1．买方负责办理该两批货物的退运手续退运的运输费用由卖方负责，其他费用由买方负责。
2．此批货物退运所造成的所有损失，全部由卖方承担。
3. 该协议一式两份，买卖双方各持一份。
本协议如有未尽事宜，双方得以适当方式另行商定，本协议自双方签暑之日起生效。


