3、学术成就
现任华中科技大学机械科学与工程学院教授，教育部 “数字化设计与制造”创新团队成员，“数字制造装备与技术”国家重点实验室成员，“制造装备数字化”国家工程中心成员，中国机械工程学会高级会员。主要致力于可靠性与维修性技术，设备管理与维护，数字化工艺与装备，质量管理等方面的研究，先后主持、参加国家自然基金、国家“863”CIMS主题基金、国家“863”可靠性预测主题基金，国家“973”数字化主题基金等多个研究项目，也结合企业实际情况完成了多项横向课题，在理论和实践上均积累了丰富的经验，发表学术论文60余篇。

课程教学目标：
1、 帮助学生获得必要的管理科学基本知识，了解学科发展前沿和发展趋势，掌握管理学基本规律的一般方法；
2、 引导学生接受管理科学知识熏陶，提高管理科学基本素养；
3、 了引导学生解管理技术的重要性，以及一些管理思想和现代管理理论和方法，开阔学生的知识视野，结合他们的工作实践，树立正确的管理观念，加强其科学管理意识和创新精神。

She is a professor of School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is the member of the design and manufacture of digital innovation team from the Ministry of Education, the member of National Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, the member of the National Digital Manufacturing Equipment Engineering Centers, the senior member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. She focuses on reliability and maintenance, equipment management and maintenance, digital process technology and equipment, quality management etc..She has participated in the National Natural Science Foundation, the National "863" CIMS funds, "863" Reliability Prediction funds, and the national "973" fund research project. She also participated in several projects with enterprises. She has accumulated a wealth of experience both in theory and practice. She has published more than 60 academic papers.
