Franchisee Confidentiality Agreement
In view of the business relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee requiring sharing of certain commercial information, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests as well as business secrets of both parties, the franchisor and the franchisee have signed the following confidentiality agreement:
Article 1 Both parties undertake that the commercial information and related materials obtained under this agreement are confidential, and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the other party.
Article 2 The franchisee shall properly keep the commercial information provided by the franchisor, shall not use it for purposes other than business, and shall not duplicate or disclose it without authorization.
Article 3 Both parties shall continue to bear confidentiality obligations after the cooperation terminates, until the commercial information enters the public domain or the confidentiality ceases.

Franchisee Termination Agreement
In view of the fact that the business cooperation between the franchisor and the franchisee can no longer continue, in order to clarify the termination method and responsibility allocation of both parties, the franchisor and the franchisee voluntarily sign the following termination agreement:
