Their 3 answers gave the teacher a chance to understand her students’ difficulties. “I wish my teacher knew I have no pencils to do my homework,” 4 one child. “I wish my teacher knew sometimes my reading homework is not signed because my mom is not often 5 ,” wrote another. Some shared hope for the 6 , “I wish my teacher knew that I want to go to college.”
“Some notes are really heartbreaking,” Schwartz tells ABC News. “I care 7 about each of my students and I don’t want them to be poor forever.” She explains, “I hoped to know 8 I could better support them. So I 9 to let them tell me what I needed to know. That was why I created the fill-in-the-blank exercise.”

They invited her to play at break and sit with them at lunch. You see, 14 have an unusual ability to express empathy (同感).”

What are the accidents at school? Let’s take a look.

How can you grow up? Maybe part of growing up is learning to work things out all by yourself. 31
There are lots of reasons why you need help, for example, when you are doing schoolwork, solving a disagreement, or feeling worried or angry. 32 When you have problems, you may tell yourself that you should do it on your own. However, asking for help can move you forward more quickly.
Asking for help isn’t always easy. 33 You might think other people won’t want to get involved (牵涉) or they haven’t got time. If you think asking for help is a sign of weakness, it will make it harder to turn to another person.
Sometimes everyone finds things difficult, and you’re not the only one. 34 Sharing your story with others or asking them to listen to you takes great courage. Actually, when you ask for help, it takes away the pressure of solving problems alone.
35 By asking for help, you can practice speaking up what you need. It also shows you how someone else might feel when they’re in trouble. This means you could be able to give a helping hand when someone needs it.
A.Asking for help is a brave action.
B.Other people might also need help.
C.There are other advantages as well.
